Ben Davies criminally underrated as always unfortunately. I feel like many in our fanbase forget that a squad can't be comprised of 26 star players and he has been solid every time he has come off the bench this season give or take one game. He deserves his flowers for the work he has put in, comparing him to Dier and Sessegnon has always been wild to me
We are keeping players on vibes. This fan base deserves everything we get served up season after season. I sometimes wonder what people see when they watch Johnson, Richy, Kulu, and Emerson play football. None of them fit the system and idc if you love them. None of them will ever be good enough to be key contributors to trophy winning sides. People need to wake up and demand better instead of accepting mediocre players

Only controversial take is Dejan I’d sell for the right price. I love him and wish him the best, but watching him either get beat on the wing or predictably cut inside and have no options shows me he does have limitations with his speed.

What if we use him as a box to box midfielder? We will get the most out of him as he can arrive late at the box and score or assist from outside the box followed by his late arriving possibly stopping counter attacks as he is tall and strong. I believe in dejan as a perfect player if we use him in the bentancur role!
@@Cosmo_Heisti agree with you, but no bentancur role, maybe Sarr Role. Dejan have many options position to try. Like AM, SS, or false 9 position.

But yeah sure the sarr role with a twist of his late arrival in the box rather than cutting in he remains outside the box for crosses OR possibly how him and maddison linked up SO WELL at the start of the season type of thing with the AM.
This just shows that Spurs fans have no standards. Richarlison IS NOT good enough to have a role in your team because he had a nice patch of 7-8 games. Lo Celso IS NOT a useful squad player because he's never fit, he started like 15 games since he came to Spurs. Emerson is one of rare players that someone wants to buy and you'd keep him instead of getting rid and buying better. Also... cult hero? EMERSON A CULT HERO?!

Richarlison's proved his quality following surgery, and Europe is gonna be a different breed. We were short on depth up front as is and I can't see us bringing in someone better than him as a backup. Agree about lo celso and emerson though

I’d sell Bissouma and - (very unpopular opinion) - am completely disenchanted with Maddison - I’d give him one more season and sell him if he doesn’t improve. Lo selso can’t stay fit enough to make an impact - he goes. Also we can’t keep players based on “vibes” if we’re ever gonna win anything 😂😂😂 heartbreaking I know but we gotta stop

Maddison came back after a horrible injury, no wonder he struggled.
I feel like Maddison hate is unwarranted, but I feel you with Bissouma. 5 good games and then other than that he has been average, hes still at a point in his career where he could be sold for good money so I could see letting him go even though his attitude seems awesome
Well if we want to win and grow as a team that competes for trophies then we don't need to keep players for vibes. For me I'd sell Emerson, Richalison if we get a good deal, hojiberg.
I think we have to sell or bench Bissouma. His peak is very good but not consistent enough to be our starting 6. Not sure if Archie Gray is intended to be his replacement but if not we need to improve there more than anywhere

Thing about Dragusin is hes a very good defender and we've got a bad record of keeping out best defenders. So the odds of Micky or Romero getting taken by an unreal amount of money from a Real Madrid or Man City does worry me.

He's a nothing player. No potential to improve, no experience to add in the dressing room, and tbh he's also quite polarizing because of his politics, although I try to not let that affect my personal judgment.

There’s this believe in our fanbase that porro is the best RB in the league, I’ve seen some say romero is the best CB in the world, others say well van de ven is arguably better than cuti and udogie is the best LB in the league and yet we conceded 62 goals last season double the amount arsenal conceded which is absolutely embarrassing. Bentancur is a super sub the season before scoring, but if he starts he is almost invisible, just backpasses and sideways and just weak
