On "My Car Story" we're at the Carlisle Events in Carlisle PA on 7-13-23.
We're looking at a 1977 Chrysler Newport St. Regis in Spinnaker White Paint. The car comes with the 400 CI V8 engine, and an automatic transmission.
The car's Owner is Don Hein. Don’s had this car since 2015. Don shared he likes big comfortable cars and this one is just that. Enjoy this survivor original car with great trunk and treats too. BONUS….he’d like me to drive his cool car too!

I was 15 when this car was new and I must admit I just love this style of Chrysler. To me these were beautiful cars (especially with the rear fender skirts that were available). I loved the dark green or black painted versions of these. What a wonderful looking car in white you have for us today, Lou! Original! Chrysler could still build good cars then and the styling was awesome - all brougham all the time. Sadly so many of these large Detroit cars from this era were turned into demolition derby cars (argggggggggghhhhh). Nice white interior with red carpet and belts - oh my! Those who have never been in a big Detroit car from that period are missing something. Nothing compared in the ride and the experience of being isolated from the road while on vacation! Thanks for sharing, Lou! Never can get enough classic Detroit land yachts!

Wonderful low mileage Chrysler Newport, Lou (!) and in keeping with My Car Story, has a really nice story too. Love the paint, comfy interior, and smooth ride. Nice video guys.
