How does he have no scars on his shins!? I've been training for about 2 years now and I slipped 2 times while trying to land a precision jump and hit my shin bone. The first time I slipped I made a mini hole on the skin on the tibia, and second time it just hurt like hell. You truly are The Master Of Jumping Callum.

michael raudales I don't think only your country do not appreciate Parkour. I live in the Philippines and I rarely get permission to do parkour. One time, I was at school and I did a wall run but I ended up in the Principal's office😂

we are living in end times u can increase ur jump power bro
Just jump lol, work on perfecting your technique and strengthening your legs, thighs, hams. Working your shins and calves will greatly increase ankle strength and stability. Workouts id suggest squats, with proper form start light and not many reps. Sprints, anything explosive, box jumps, running jumps/precisions. Sprints in sand or snow is good too. Never distance running though, and make sure you dont have anterior pelvic tilt or knee problems/tight hips.
santey man i ran xc and track i was team captain. Never broke records i was decent at best lol. I mean if you are a distance runner best thing you can do is work everything. People don't think it but training your core, back, shoulders, arms, chest etc. Will improve on everything. Another thing is focus legs every other day. Make sure you do all kinds of stetches and holds, work on staying flexible and improving your flexibility and hip flexors. Then pretty much what i said in my last comment on improving power and explosivness. If you're explosive you have strong legs. People think because they can curl tons of weight with their thighs or have big muscles they're strong, which is hardly the case. Last tip is don't listen to one person alone on how to train or workout. Every coach is different so learn from any and all. I learned from other people and teams running xc and track. Its one of those few sports we all come together because we all love/hate it lol.
