I wish you both and all the parkour atheletes the best wishes for a safe new year and every year. Thanks for all the enjoyment a 73 year old can stand!
I'm 67. Been extreme rock climbing for 50 years. Been injured in different bits of the body for 45 of those years. Finding ways to move without hurting a lot is all part of the risk sport practice.I do a bit of easy parkour now and again as it's such good fun. Money was something I never troubled about. Different game I guess.
rock climbing/ bouldering is perfect for conditioning, its so different from calisthenics but when you do both, you get where you want to be. I'm 48 years old.
Consistency Over Intensity. Also the human body is still a scientific study. You can always do your best, and then life decides to throw you in a different direction. This was a great episode.
Sasha is an incredibly talented editor and creative mind. Callum said it himself, a heavier frame has a tougher time supporting joints because...gravity. It would be cool to see the Powell brothers do a diet together and watch Sasha trim down and get back into parkour more when he's lighter to avoid more injuries. Looks like he was trim back in the day based on some of Callum's old vids I've seen.
Nice one guys! It must be hard to be a committed athlete on your own without a formal structure or support base, or even recognition as actual athletes from alot of people. Respect for the commitment guys!
I've been watching the Storror for about 7 years now. I've been watching Dom here and there for the last three. The Storror group and Dom are some of the greatest people I've ever wasted in front of a screen watching TH-cam 24th of November?! 24th of November?! Fuck If that isn't my goddamn birthday! And Ted Bundy's damn it.
I know everyone's body is different, since I added high quality olive oil to my diet and cut out tomatoes, no offense Dom my arthritis and joint pain have completely gone away. Tomatoes actually have a protein in them that attacks your joints and arthritis.
reached the point of talking olympics. the point of this sport is freedom of expression. once a governing body gets involved that freedom goes. there are too many people within this sport who are contueously pushing the limits of physical and mental barriers it cant be managed. once rules are applied it no longer becomes a free spirited amature activity/sport and becomes a corporate entity. dont let them do it. while listening to a redbull sponsored athlete and a member of storror. its a sticky hole.
Sacha is a absolute legend.
He is a hero when it comes to Monday

Thank you.
Its an honor 🙌
Would love to see Sasha on the Ketchup

Sacha is a champion. Hope he fully recovers
Wise old heads - you chaps are evolving from creators/participants to custodians of the movement. Engaging content!
Incredible Dominique

love it! you both have a very good sense of humor!
Legends. Wish you all the best for 2023.
It took us about 4 years to get 1k. You gotta love what you're doing if you want it to translate on camera
These would be even better if they were in-person

Callum is the best thing to come out of Brighton since Chris Eubanks.

Jesus I had no idea you guys were bros 😂 That’s a game changer
_SAME!_
One thing about Sacha, that feels overlooked, is that he is the only chubby boy in the business, and thereby represents them in the sport.
you should have talked to benj, more charisma !!!!
Storror should sack Splascha and replace him with Dom.
Sash is amazing, check out the old videos, he'll be back and better, the body doesn't forget how to move!
Ooops, I accidentality clicked like on your comment, please don't take that as a confirmation that ANYBODY agrees with you.
