Hi it’s so good to see Courtney and the baby, in the video!!! God Bless all of you!!! Big hugs and kisses I love your family life, so proud of you guys!!! Love ,Linda S. 🥰🥰🥰
The house is looking great! Congratulations! We love to see more videos with Courtney and the baby! Blessings and keep going w videos! It’s encouraging !
Mi ecanta tu video hermano! They always make me smile. Following you since the beginning, getting to meet you and now watching how much your farm and family have grown is awesome. The new house looks great. Dona Blanca's cooking is the best in Nicaragua. Quiero comer almuerzo alla otra vez. You know I'm totally down for hearing Courtney's experiences living in Nicaragua on your vlog... but you better hurry because she looks like she's assimilating to the culture pretty fast. She's even starting to look like a Nica in those rain boots. LOL
Beautiful family brother, love the videos of the farm and house progress. Also love seeing Courtney in the videos. Need to get another bag of your beans, they're delicious.
Bro! Congrats to all of you. Well, with all due respect, you took a beautiful girl from California to Nicaragua. Awesome video. Saludos a tu familia y me da cabanga ver Ocotal😢 conocí varias familias, las Lopez, los Rodriguez cerca de la entrada de Ocotal. [bueno, dudo los conozcas] Esa comida, rice&bean....mortal! Good luck, and keep up with the challenge.
Mr. Elton John gracias por estos videos, si Dios quiere el otro ano voy a Nicaragua I me encantaria conocer la Finca I creo que ese lugar se llama octotal, Buena suerte I cuidate hermano
I am so happy to see the progress on the farm, that road is quite challenging and I find it amazing that you are traveling 2 hours each way, if you don't mind from where to where? You have lovely property, a lovely family and you will have an amazing home. Cheers.
Interview Courtney! 😊 Questions: 1. How did you feel about potentially moving to Nicaragua one day earlier in the relationship? 2. What concerns came to mind about living in another country (Nicaragua)? 3. What steps have you taken to find comfort in a new environment? 4. What did you think about your husband starting a TH-cam channel? 5. How has it been raising your baby abroad?
Hey ! great videos I really enjoy the views of your farm and your travels through Nicaragua. Keep up the great work and your super positive attitude .Best to your luck on your journey building your dreams. We will be travelling there in the future and appreciate getting to know your country through your videos. BTW I drink between 5 to 10 cups of coffee a day up here in Canada! lol Cheers
Muy buen video. Interesante y práctico la construcción. Un poco mas de detalles como van unido esos beams, o como sea q les llamen, seria buena información. Explica como hizo la pared. Gracias Elton. Siempre un placer y buena información tus videos. Salud. !!
I do 2-3 Keurig pods a day. I love following your story. Such an amazing adventure family life. By the way, my Nica home build is going on 3 years this September! So its not just your home build. Apparently, we all need to settle into Nica time. I am expecting to finally take delivery of the home in a couple weeks. How is the worker search going? Also, do you intend to improve your access road?
Hi! That awesome you are building a home. What part of Nicaragua are you building? I was able to find two workers so we are getting the projects done! I plan on fixing the road, I am looking to hire a tractor for a few hours. Thank you for watching!
3 cups a day on average. Love the content, keep it going. Will you be offering medium or dark roasts with the expansion? Q&A- Courtney Do you miss cold winters? Have you adjusted to the motor vehicle driving flow and laws? Do you miss the States?
@@EmenseCoffee our fuel & diesel prices have gone insane ... especially consodering we get the oil out of the ground 5 hrs north of here. When I came to CA 25 years ago 1 L of regular fuel (87 Octane) was CAD 0.57 and now it fluctuates between CAD 1.59 - 1.78 depending on the day and gas station. Diesel is always a few cents higher
I’m learning so much with you about building and the materials to use, great tips so when I build my house in Nicaragua… I’m planning to go in October and would like to try your coffee, where can I buy it? I’ll be staying in Granada. Cheers from L.A.!

❤It would be nice if you could tell us how you and your wife met. A common story was the process.?
I like that! will keep that in mind!
I usually drinks 2 cups of coffee a day
When you say dollars, what currency are you referring to? (the gas prices)
at the start it's cordobas around $46 and then it's converted to USD.
More of an invoice, that itemized each item. I'm not sure if receipt is the same as a factura.
Nica style!
I like 1-2 cups de café. Pues, yo prefiero una taza de yerbe mate. Tu tienes eso tambien?
No tengo yerba mate amigo!
Hey me GUSTARIA saber cuanto cuesta UNA mañana DE TIERRA EN ese LUGAR. Matagalpa? O jinotega?
Where your farm located in Nicaragua I am from there, but leave in virginia.
