The fried cheese is caled Saganaki! The fried zucchini called Kolokythakia are delicious but taste different than the French fries. This is the first time i saw them cut this way because they usually have round shape.

I am Greek, you're right..
Theios and almost all Greek restaurants have that dish.
Saganaki is consisted mostly from feta or yellow cheese( kaseri) covered with crumbled bread and dipped in egg yolks
They serve it with so many different ways, flames are a special serve way
In Crete they serve it with feta and honey..
