Hello Brenna, both of these homes are beautiful. My preference would be the first home. Mainly because no stairs, the layout in it was very nice I so could be happy in that house. It's too bad that I don't have the income being a senior citizen, on social security. About 20 years ago when I was married I would have really jumped at this opportunity.Of course this house wouldn't have been there .But I so could have looked into moving to Tennessee. For the housing market even back then, everything about Tennessee sounds so beautiful. And very appealing to me I'm looking forward to moving in the future before too long here. I have family that lives in Johnson City .I enjoy watching your videos and will continue to do. So thanks for your time and effort.
