    Thank you for this very informative video. Question: You mention that documents must be recent. Are documents that are 2 years old and have been apostilled acceptable?

    Buongiorno. This is all excellent info. Grazie mille. What is the most cost-effective gra way to get the non-italian documents translated by a certified translator if you plan to reside in Italy and apply at an urban municipality in Puglia? Grazie ancore. Amo vostre video !

    Just wanted to add an asterisk to the comments about needing a stamp and signature, this does not necessarily mean a *wet* signature. Most counties issue certified copies with a machine printed signature of the county recorder and not a wet signature, but some counties will include a wet signature of the deputy that filled the document request. It's an annoying inconsistency.

    Great information, trying to get a hold of the consultant in Los Angeles is almost impossible it’s a several year wait if your lucky enough to get a person they will not make any appointments at this time, they only take calls for 1 hour a couple of days a week, very frustrating to say the least

    It just sounds like with them that if one piece of information is missing.. that's it.. one reason I never applied.

    Would a birth certificate for my father directly from Sicily need to be apostille?

    I (and my comune) have been waiting for 7 weeks for responses to emails regarding our non renunciation certificates from both the Italian Consulate Philadelphia and the Italian Consulate Caracas, Venezuela. Do you know how long their typical response time is? Any advice on getting a reply? Thank you.

    So, wait, what???? I cannot use all these original italian documents for grand and great grand parents that it took us forever to obtain? How am I supposed to get some recent signature when the guy died a hundred years ago? Like, what? All this time I have only ever heard that we needed original birth certificates for parents, grand and greats....we got those....and now you're saying I cannot use them????????????

    If I get my Italian citizenship through Jewish sanguinous, can I then automatically get Italian citizenship from my daughter, my sister, my brother?

    • @staciamartin923
      @staciamartin923 5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      No , your sister and brother have to apply separately and if they were born AFTER the Last Italian born ancestor naturalized then they are ineligible.
      Your daughter if a minor will get it but if she becomes an adult before you are recognized or she is already an adult she has to apply on her own. Each applications must have their own cerified copies .

    Is this a clickbait video like the other two from the other channel? and this is actually how not to get the documents?

      This is not clickbait. Marco speaks about how to obtain the records and what type of certifications/apostille. He is correct about NY and NYC records.
