Very impressive, especially for a first video. I’ve never heard this theory before and I’ve heard a lot of theories. You have me convinced. Subscribed✔️

One more thing I want to add to this theory. The Fourteen Flames of Valyria were volcanos, just like Dragonmont. However, read this piece from AFFC - Arya II: "... the Fourteen Flames were living mountains with veins of molten rock and hearts of fire."
The volcanos of Valyria had hearts of fire, so to speak. So, Dragonmont, being a volcano as well, would have a heart of fire. "Heart of Fire" is another name for R'hllor. The children of the forest lived in the heart of fire.
Also, here is a paragraph from AWoIaF that likens the volcano on Dragonstone to the volcanos of Valyria:
"Hot springs such as the one beneath Winterfell have been shown to be heated by the furnaces of the world-the same fires that made the Fourteen Flames or the smoking mountain of Dragonstone."

Alabastur just found your channel yesterday and am loving your theory so far. Just wanted to say that this quote about hearts if fire would make Winterfell the frozen heart of fire with its warm heart and cold stone exterior. And Jon is the human equivalent. I’ve suspected this for a while but never put the clues together like you did :)

I find it dubious that the weapon the Others are explicitly weak against is the very weapon the CotF use. Makes me think they created the Others to be weak against their own weapons, like if someone made killer-robots they would make sure they have the password to disable them. Please make more videos, they are all great!

There's one more aspect you can consider. Dawn is pale fire - frozen fire - like dragon glass. This could be forged by some ancient race from a meteor - which is a rock under same conditions as forging dragon glass while falling through the atmosphere. With a bit of magic and metal working, the fire sleeps inside the sword - ready to "dawn" in the hands of the Song of Ice and Fire - Jon Snow

Kevin Penddragon has a great video about the COTF being the one's who both worked ICE and Fire. The children are nameless and are said that humans can't pronounce their name and they said a nameless people taught the targaryens about dragon. Kevin Pendragon explains it better. Check out his videos.

I think that the children of the forest are connected to dragons. I don’t know how or when but their use of dragon glass (basically molten rock cooled, obsidian) makes me feel that they are linked somehow. Do you remember what else was in Bloodraven’s cave? When Brandon warged Hodor’s body and went exploring in the cave, do you remember what he saw? He saw the bones of a giant bat. A giant bat. Do you remember what was said of Dany’s dragons when they were discovered sleeping deep within the great pyramid? It was said that they were hanging from the ceiling and they looked like giant bats. In my mind, giant bats equal dragons. Now why would there be a dragon skeleton in blood ravens cave? 😘

Oh man, I don't know if you've read the theory on my blog connecting the children to the Valyrians, but I think you would very much like it.
Anyway, I also 100% believe the children are connected to dragons. Some people have suggested that, given their catlike eyes, the children could be considered reptilian in nature... sort of like dragons. Not to mention the black claws they share. And we haven't even seen what the children bleed... do they bleed black just like dragons? That revelation would be monumental and settle it once and for all.
Also, dragonglass and dragons have to be connected, I have no doubt. Sam once asked when he saw a glass candle, "What feeds the flame?" and Marwyn replies: "What feeds a dragon's fire?" Their source is one in the same. I believe they are both connected to the fires of the earth, where obsidian itself was forged. Given that flames also given visions to people all over the world, fire magic has to be connected. Followers of R'hllor look into the flames and tune in to see what it gives them -- meaning they are practically just tapping into some power, one power.

I like it. Grey area has a theory that Melissandre is a COTF. Also the glass candles are made of obsidian

I mean obviously it won't be explained in the show. The Children are dead. Only chance of explanation is if the Prequel gets picked up.

great video. If fire can be awoken from Obsidian maybe Lightbringer (if it is a literal sword) could be Obsidian?
