I have a suggestion, but it's not SW, but I do have a SW one: Darth Vader's armor (chest piece, shoulder pauldrons, chest box, maybe belt, and shin guards), and the head of the Predalien from *Aliens vs Predator: Requiem*
I think painting your older props will add some extra life to them (given how incredibly detailed they are already) , so it's something perhaps worth exploring

Have you ever covered the pieces in fiber glass instead of paper mache? Would it work and make it more resilient? Anything to know if i were to try it? Pretty sure im going to get your plans but want to make it stronger.

Glad to hear that! Indeed, the mando one is actually almost the same! If you can add the rocket on the top and put the exhaust on the sides instead of at the bottom, you will have the Boba Fett version. These are the 2 main differences between them :)

I really liked what you do. I don't know if you can do the energy sword from halo and also the Ax from god of war (2018) it would be very epic if you do it in a future of your videos
Zayah is right, for you to be able to print them correctly you have to print them at 100% of the scale without margin or rescaling options enabled like the "fit your page" that being said you can play with the percentage of the scale a bit if needed. For instance if you need the armor to be a little bit smaller, you can lower the percentage like 98 or 95% for instance. As long as you are printing them all at the same scale, you're good to go! :)
Well there is not much left to make that would be worth to make from cardboard to be honest. Most of the things I haven't made are things like belts and a few leather part that would be better and easier to recreate using real belts or fabric.
Duuude, that’s awsome!!! I really recommend buying a mouth sander, it will incredibly speed up the process of sanding, check out rjr productions, he does things similar to you.
Indeed the mouth sander would be helpful, but I want to keep things as simple as possible for these builds, so I try to avoid power tools as much as possible. But you're right, if you have one and know how to handle it properly, it's definitely the way to go :)

My vote is for the Tie Fighter pilot mask. A lot of the others have been done by other channels. Haven’t really seen many of that particular mask

I think it should work but I've never tried so I can't be sure of it. Maybe do some testing on a piece of cardboard before to see how it goes

When printing your puirchased templates, should I check or uncheck the "fit picture to frame" option? It makes a difference in sizing of the parts.
It changes the size, In the read me file it says to print without margin of any kind which means the same thing
