Looks like a great course from the table of contents, and from what I've seen of your other videos, it think you'll do a great job of presenting the material. I'm already fairly well versed in this style of theory, so I don't think it's for me, but I would definitely recommend it to people interested in learning this style, or really anyone looking to expand their harmonic vocabulary. Especially jazz musicians. (if I knew any such people).
@@jaybeardmusic8074 Yeah, that's true. I just happened to be a student of a pianist from Kiev who shared his love of Russian music, so I learned to appreciate Scriabin relatively early on. I don't know everything about Scriabin's harmony and style, but I've learned enough to be satisfied by my personal study of his work. I'm still working my way through Tanayev's counterpoint writings.
