- In this video I use 2 paints - just two paint bottles, to paint a model that tabletop ready in less than 10-15 mins. Now that's how you churn through a pile of shame and still get an army that looks good.

An alternative to dry brushing the white is to take a rattle can of white primer, hold it a couple of feet away from the mini and give it one quick spray. Just aim the can to the side of the model, push the button, and move it across the mini fairly quickly. You don't want coverage, just random bits of white. The effect is pretty nice and a lot faster and less error prone than dry brushing (although the result shown in this video is awesome if you can pull it off).
I just tried that with my newest "secret project." I think it works well.
This video has literally inspired me to start a Ghostly Undead army
Awesome. I saw a guy who painted an entire fantasy rank and flank army in ghost scheme at the recent Richmond Open. It worked.
Speed paint scheme! This would be good for some NPCs for campaigns too. just a quick and dirty ghost effect. I have a zombie scheme thats fast too. I have a feeling I might just have to add some ghosts into a narrative game soon.
Good enough for sure. And easy to add anything to, if wanted - like you could make the sword real and paint it metal
I've always gone back and forth on that. The ghost is ghostly but the armor and weapons are metal, like being reanimated.
Sounds like some of the audio cut too early, like the ending of some of words were cut off.
I've had my doubts about contrasts for an entire model but I'll have to rethink that after seeing how fast I could get a playable army.
Must have been the editing. I guess my hand shook as I was clicking to edit that part.
the hardest part is waiting for it to.
Doh.
I’ve been think about doing something like this for the new OPR Shadow Stalker models coming soon.
That would work really well for that army since it's very horror-esque
Might want to double check the audio my friend.
I'm still using cheapo equipment. Maybe Santa Claus can help me out this year.
