    I truly appreciate your content!! I’m in an LPN program, finally in my 4th term and supposed to graduate in September. Your videos have helped me a lot. You break down the content more than my teachers do because they really don’t have the time to.
    So thank you for all that you do!!!!

    Give them a call. It's been worth it for me. Nothing is explained to you in nursing school. You need a guide. Simple Nursing is like a personal tutor. A lot of bang for your buck. Thanks for the videos. Brilliant idea.

    Can you suggest a way to remember positive and negative symptoms for schizophrenia

    • @melissagory7802
      @melissagory7802 5 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      The difference between them? Or a list of them? I explain it to my students like this (psych nursing instructor here): positive symptoms are things those of us without a thought disorder do not have, they're added on, if you will, whereas the negative symptoms are things we do have, but are taken away from in folks with these diagnoses.
      Seeing how you asked this two years ago, I'd presume you've already figured this out! Who knows, maybe this helps someone else reading...

    I dont know what medication was it that cause my friend to be absent minded. she was going out and forgot to wear her inner layer clothing, people could see right through her outer shirt and saw her bra. she felt so embarrassed. when she told the nurses, they MOCKED her and insulted her as to why she was so forgetful when it wasnt her fault, the psych drugs were making her absent minded.

      April Angela Eustaquio it wasn't a mistake, it was a reminder

    • @propogandalf
      @propogandalf 7 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      It was absolutely a mistake because norepinephrine does not turn off your peripheral nervous system. If that were the case in time of stress you would not be able to run away!

    the information was very helpful. however the banner across the bottom was EXTREMELY distracting. perhaps it could be shown and the beginning and/or end or in a box that goes away.. its like having a neon flashing light in your face while trying to read. that aside good video. . just maybe less push to subscribe or go to other videos.

Just because you read something from an outdated exam textbook doesn't make you competent, as is clear from this goofy and god-awful video.
