@@hunterwhitener5650 because if you use a scorcery spell to put something on top, Rhasmi will see that scorey as your first spell on your turn and trigger her ability, so your scorcery wont resolve before your opponent reveals the top card
I'm in love with Curse of Oppulence being in the deck. You can tap the Gold tokens to activate abilities. But because they dont need to be tapped, like treasure tokens, to add the mana you can still sac them for mana to cast more things. Phenomenal!
I would replace Teferi's Ageless Insight with Alhammarret's Archive just because its an artifact. It costs one more, but its gonna synergize better with the commander
I just updated my Rashmi and Ragavan list. I feel like my list is a little more refined though. I'm not really worried about what spells I get from my opponents. It's more worried about generating a ton of value and winning with Hellkite Tyrant or dealing infinite damage with Deadeye Navigator + Dockside Extortionist. Or doing the Nim Deathmantle combo using Wurmcoil Engine. I havent had a chance to test it out yet, unfortunately. But when the time comes, it should be very broken lol
the trick with Primal Command doesn't work (Rashmi and Ragavan trigger on the first spell in Your turn, so there is no time-window where You can steal the card You returned to the opponents Library, before He draws the card again), but the instances do just fine.
Some really great includes here. From my first playtest of the precon deck, Schema Thief is a real over performer, especially if you can make copies of it. It just dumps tokens into play.
I know this video is a few months old but I find that without knowing what's on top of the opponents library, this whiffs into lands a lot. I didn't build this exact idea but similar. If Rashmi & Ragavan had Flash, this would be 1000% better commander. I also have an Evelyn,The Covetous deck which does this similar effect but MUCH better AND has flash - it's so easy to blink her and just get all 3 opponents top card plus yours into exile to cast.
Sorceries and instants that put an opponent's card on top of the deck don't synergize with the commander's effect because the commander resolves first, right?
Maybe play instants such as repel or run aground at the end of last player's turn before your turn. Provided they dont have counter spell, their manas all used and no activated drawing or discard library abilities like sensei diving top.

I'd also add Darksteel Citadel and Treasure Vault. Spellbook, Lotus Petal, Mox Amber, and Chrome Mox. All those artifact lands and regular artifacts all to add Meria, Scholar of Antiquity for the ramp and impulse draw. I'd seriously consider Faldorn, Dread Wolf Herald due to all the spells from exile this deck should be casting. Both Etali's would good. Arcbound Ravager and Arcbound Crusher would work really well. And lastly an absolute must imo Reckless Fireweaver. There's just to much artifact production not to use it.
That’s awesome I will say I did make a mistake temporal spring and primal command will probably be worth a cut sense they aren’t instants and can’t response to the Rashmi and ragavan trigger putting a card on top. You can’t go wrong with swapping them out for traditional removal or card draw 😁
while i like the idea of putting things on top of the opponent's library, don't do it at sorcery speed as you won't be able to steal it.
