Love Shannon's videos. Here's an idea - Hold a 2 or 3 day BBQ school in Gainesville prior to a football home game. Thurs, Fri, Sat morning, then take the smoked meats to tailgate.
I really enjoyed watching and learning your professional technique for preparing baby back ribs. You really had my mouth watering especially if All Sonny's cooks would prep their ribs exactly like you did, we would enjoy them at each and every Sonny's restaurant we visit.
