In my work I find a true brush cutter/trimmer with a two edged blade like they use in Asian videos works well. The bicycle type grips and a shoulder harness make it easier. So I save the string trimmer for tight spots and finishing touches. Mr. Cris is the Eric Clapton of the string trimmers.

I will hope that whomever bought the home gets a resurgence of "can do" when they find you added a great deal of help, in recovering the yard. Thanks for pulling the vining off the air conditioner, it would probably cost a small fortune to have to get a new unit. Four days of returning, to work on that home. You must have thoroughly impressed the neighborhood. Appreciate you didn't give-up on the backyard or the stuff stuck in the fence. That all added-up to being a "First Class" quality job. You did a Restoration for the neighborhood. Connected, neat. Enjoyed the pictures of the "Picnic Crew".

Took great care with a corner lot ,refined it transported it back to its natural state, mowed everything weed ed it trimmed it ,edged it , then picked up the grass with said mower , that impressed , me the neighbors and everybody else looking then gave the birds a meal too, wow job well done i say!!!
I've noticed with M&D out of Houston, Blessing Boys out of Austin and MrCris out of San Antonio, how the black birds immediately start flying in the minute they start mowing. I haven't noticed that with other shows. Love the aforementioned shows for what they do to help others, including 'feeding' the birds.
I thought it was odd that man ask about painting the house you did a very good neat clean job A lot of hard work 💯👍👍👍🙏😇 Need the tree trimmed not what you did tree trimming by a pro would open it up a bit and some of that is on the other side of fence lol Bless you for sharing your video
