How to turn on your switch if the battery is dead and you have AutoRCM enabled

- this works for me.
Step 1. prepare wall charger
Step 2. run your payload (sx pro, TegraRCMSmasher, Hekate, etc.)
Step 3. the moment the screen turns on, immediately replace and plug in the wall charger.
Step 4. Wait for the battery charge notification to turn up, then the switch should boot normally.

Mc what CFW are you using or payload? With SX OS I cant get it to to get to a screen where I can charge it.
Im using SX OS 1.3 and the normal SX LOADER 1.0 payload. Is your switch dead or?

Damn, I thought I had to charge it 8 hours to send a payload. This video helped a lot
This helped, but actually all I had to do was take the wall charger and leave it plugged into my switch for roughly a minute and then quickly unplug it and plug it back into the Nintendo switch and the screen will light up with the charging symbol. Some have suggested pressing the power button and volume buttons at the same time before hand.

LETS PREY! Edit...It worked somehow ..... i switched the cables while i injected the payload... screen stayed black with batterie low symbol for hours... i turned the switch off still connected to the charger and after couple hours boot was working fine

ok I get that I gotta inject a payload to the switch, ugh, but I am having some conceptual issues here... do I need to short the pins to be able to do this?, also.. super noob question, does by default those programs inject something into the switch or one has to chose some kind of file to inject? if is the later, what should I inject?. Thanks in advance.

What if the switch doesn't turn on at all? I turned it off and wouldnt turn back on when i tried to restart it.
I can start the inject payload in tegraRcm, but in the log below it writes "Invoking..." and then it is in a Not Responding states for hours. Please help

tried charging it for like 30 minutes then tried booting with sx pro vol up+power and nothing, so i guess i have to charge longer. doesn't make a difference if i have the right joycon on/off? and if i install the jig still doesn't matter because i have to have the switch charge, i let it power off with like less than 20% battery while in sx os so im sure the battery bug depleted it, all i wanted to do was freakin update the damn thing

Nevermind. I plugged it up for a few minutes. Unplugged it. Put in the sx pro and the jig. It powered on. I put it in custom mode and plugged the power adapter back in.

Yes get in rcm mode sense you have autorcm then boot like normal and switch the cable from pc to wall power adapter basically what this video did
i cant load the payload my switch dont connect to my pc i guess its frozen in rcm mode but force power off also dosent seems to work the last guees what i have is that my battery ist broken but idk
i dont charge in the dock but when i put ut in the green light appears for not even a sec and instand gone again this does mean the battery is dead right?

What do you mean payload? I’m not that old so I don’t know what you mean by payload. Is it turning on the laptop? Going to google?
if you have a hacked switch you push a payload to go to cfw. if you do not have a moddable switch look for other options
Other options? But my switch literally can’t turn on. But I don’t think it matters, I’m sending it to a repair shop tomorrow.

How the he’ll did u guys get the program to work? For the life of me tried a million different things and Can’t get the Apx driver crap to install properly keeps saying driver missing click install takes 2 seconds and says “ready to use” and nothing still says driver missing so I assume since it doesn’t detect driver program can’t detect my switch? Yes using 2.6 dunno what I gotta do to get the damn driver to install properly is it possible for someone to upload he folder of installed properly location and download and just copy and paste to where it supposed to install or something?
