The individual reset worked for me!!!! Both was off and I held the power button until I saw the purple lights. It did take me a couple tries. Thank you for making this video and sharing us their response to you.
Mine have been dead for over three weeks. Tried it again using your video and got it to pair together and both work simultaneously. Thanks, update: they died again. Obviously Status knows they have a problem or they wouldn't have such a laundry list of tips to try and get them to work. I DO NOT RECOMMEND these damn things at all.
As a last resort I turned to TH-cam to see if others where having this same problem! Well it seems I am not alone! The sound on this companies headphones is great and I have bought 5 headsets and all work well. But this model bluetooth is a night mare! I e mailed the company but no response yet! Last time I will go bluetooth. I prefer cords which I know will work always! Thanks for posting this showcase for everyone!
Exactly same comments- good sound, but painfully bad connectivity & performance. The ads confident ads and skimpy support crew (no live support) make it your problem that buds are not working, spending countless hours repeating the same steps. Status audio needs to stop sales and fix these long running problems.
Individual reset worked for me also. I haven't had these functional for two years! I though they were toast after the second time they went through a cycle in the washing machine! I forgot they were in my pocket. Wow! they are working really well after these resets.
The reset helped me to connect my ear buds to my phone. I never even knew the rest was there. I have the Between Pro 3ANC. THANKS SO MUCH. (JUNE 4, 2024)
Thank you. Worked for me. I placed them both in the case. Turned them both off (one by one) Then, as you suggested, with the case lid open, did a hard reset. Closed the lid. Opened the lid. And connected Bluetooth again. Worked : )
I was having connectivity issues w/MacBook Pro and your suggestion of holding down the button on the back of the case fixed the problem immediately! Thanks!
I legit just can't even get the right one to turn on, it worked once for about 5 seconds and failed, trying to connect to my phone is another major issue

Just got mine and they won’t connect to any of my devices. Light blinks for about 6 seconds on left ear bud when taking out if case, meaning it goes in pairing by mode. Then the blinking stops. The headphones do not show up in Bluetooth for any of my devices. I’m going to send them back and just get a refund
Fuq me I hope this is not going to be a continued problem..... My left keeps disconnecting, so I put it back in case held button till it blinked red & 3dots "on case" blinked light-blue then it finally reconnected.
@@damienholland8103 yeah and it sucks it's a common issue with these expensive $300+ earbuds. I've tried them all, jabra, jbl, bose, etc(excluding between3, haven't broke them in) they all have the same common issues DURABILITY! I have found one that I actually got passed the 6th month. Sound quality up to par everything up to par..... that is the sennheiser's & I got them on discount for 85 bucks brand new in the box!
@@damienholland8103just make sure any of them earbuds you buy, get with the warranty. Especially 300+.... I have yet to make it to the 2year mark.... Barely make it to 2-6 months before issues.
Chatted with the company. Tried various resets. Nothing worked. Eventually they agreed to send out a replacement set. UPDATE. These worked well. And the sound so good. Cheers.

It’s so random mine were working fine then outta nowhere they weren’t synced. And now I have two different between pro options that pop up now I can’t listen to both at the same time
My headphones do not charge at all, even when I have the case recharging. Now they are dead and not sounding or connecting. Can someone please provide some type of guidance.
These are a complete pain in the posterior. Each time you want to use them you have to stop and connect them through a lengthy pairing process. I switch between an iPad and an iPhone and yet each time I have to do this. These guys obviously have spent nothing on their software engineering.
I just received mine today. I'm having the same issues. One side works with my iphone, and the other side works with my mac computer, but neither work together! Garbage Units!
Talk to the company. They should try to help otherwise they’ll ship out a new set. I was so impressed, I bought the ANC set too. Boy o boy. Superb quality. They just need to keep an eye on quality control BEFORE shipping out. May save their reputation. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I was later able to sync them together by turning them off, and then simultaneously turning them back on and holding the buttons down for about 7 seconds. They finally linked up! But now they won't operate with my MacBook pro. Yes - if they don't work this Bluetooth thing out, they'll certainly be in trouble. There are already too many YT videos discussing this problem. Thanks for the reply. 👍

I'm so done with them.. threy're extremely bogus... so much so, instead of listening to users, they turned off comments on their youtube videos.

Worked for me.
I placed them both in the case.
Turned them both off (one by one)
Then, as you suggested, with the case lid open, did a hard reset.
Closed the lid.
Opened the lid.
And connected Bluetooth again.
Worked : )

Sometimes you have to clean them with a sanitation towel like a eye glass wipe
