Mike Vernon is a long standing member of the Cybernetics Society and has a wealth of experience in applying cybernetics within organisations both as a practitioner-leader and leading a consultancy organisation. The focus of this session will be on the cultural aspects of cybernetics and Mike will be interviewed by Steve Toft. Steve has worked extensively in organisational development within a number of consultancies including PwC.
