When you were in that great shape, what was you HR at?
Resting HR was 45-48 (give or take) accordingly to Apple Watch while I was in a deficit. Interestingly enough as soon as I stopped drinking alcohol (and the months I didn’t drink in the past), HR decreased roughly by 5 beats per minute on average while at rest compared to when I drank alcohol. Always intrigued me this! Cheers 🙌🏼
@samn0ster After re-watching was that hr when you were training for triathlete, or when you toned down the training and switched to a more weightloss centric routine?
@venicebeachsurfer HR during this calorie deficit/weight loss period was similar/same as when training for tri event :) After the race, my RHR slid back up to 53 BPM at its highest, until I got back into the healthy lifestyle again.
