Your family is truly blessed to have such a wonderful place for loved ones to gather. So nice to have extended family in the other cabins nearby. Very cool! Take us back later for a Summer tour! Thanks Jack. ☮️❤️😎
Thanks for sharing. This was beautiful to see. Echoing what others have said Jack you & your family is blessed to have this land to enjoy from generation to generation. The best feeling in the world is knowing that you have your own land and you can build whatever your heart desires is amazing.
I've enjoyed the tour of your family cabin! The picture of your grandmother was touching! I also liked the picture of you and your brothers when y'all were younger! I like that you are continuing the family tradition! Getting married on the same land near where your father got married!
Our family acquired our camp in Maine in 1955, and we’re planning a 70th Anniversary party for 2025. Not quite as long as your family history, but close. It’s great the way you have re-purposed the “bunk-house”. I can imagine there are many , many memories within those walls!
Thanks for posting. My wife and I really enjoy your content! Our family has a small house on a lake with a similar history. Going there is always a special time.
The cabin reminds me of a cabin my family had when I was growing up. I like the fact that it's not pretentious. The view through the woods and across the small lake remind me of L.L. Bean catalog covers in the 80s and 90s. Enjoy!
Jack that is fascinating! That cabin is awesome with beautiful surroundings, and you have such a love of nature. I love the "Stewardship" boat. You have a great speaking voice and are a good narrator. I look forward to seeing more.
@@TinyCabinLife Hi Jack I was watching Kalle Flodin video named "the big problem with living in a 120 year old log cabin" this morning and I think you look a lot like him, you could be brothers. At first I thought it was you. Just my opinion.
This was so heartwarming. I can only imagine the memories and moments held within those cabin walls. Such a blessing. Also, it seems really peaceful. 😌✨💜
It was nice to meet your dad and the little dog. I think it is neat that this is your family land and you have a family neighborhood. Definitely, the outdoors and cabin life is in your DNA. Family, tradition, and God’s creation are obviously huge components of your value system. I loved the sign above the door in the bunk room. Did your family plant the pines? I remember that you have said that pines were planted in a few locations you have gone with your cabins. Thanks for sharing your family cabin!
Love the victrolla! Very nice touch 👌 I have always dreamed of having a cabin in the wood's, so happy for you & your family to have such a gift ❤ to enjoy for year's to come.
Your Family is surely Blessed with alot of boys. My family is similar, we have alot of boys, so us girls are out numbered 2 to 1, but it's nice having so many protectors! Just found your channel, I've been binge watching all your vids. It's nice to see a beautiful happy family enjoying the outdoors. I live in Florida so our camping areas look much different than your camping areas. It's really beautiful seeing your mountains, streams, rivers, and SNOW! Our family does alot of camping along the Suwannee River, there's so many beautiful blue clear springs along the Suwannee River to enjoy. We go spring hopping. We pile into 1 truck and go riding down the dusty old backroads to go from spring to spring, or sometimes we go canoeing down the Suwannee and go to the springs thataway either way is fun. Thank You so much for inviting us to go along on your adventures! Lotsa Love, and God Bless!! ❤From Florida!🐊
You have a great cabin there Jack. It's perfect with the lake and the woods. It must be beautiful on a clear night with the stars and moon and having a fire going. Thanks for the tour.
Beautiful scenery! I love your family cabin. My family lives in MN and it is beautiful there. I am just mesmerized with your cabins, so homey and cozy. I like how you have a victrola, nothing like the sound of vinyl in my opinion. What a blessing you can carry on family memories here. Your videos are so enjoyable.❤
You have to watch "The Great Outdoors" movie with John Candy! It's set in Minnesota n the Cabin the family rented n the town n everything is just absolutely beautiful . It's picturesque. My favorite Movie. I would love to live there.
Enjoyed visiting your slice of heaven. The replacement dog was ok, but nothing beats Ellie! Happy New Year, looking forward to seeing more new adventures.
Another absolutely excellent video!! Love seeing the old pictures and videos clips of your past memories!! I would absolutely love to have someplace like this to get away to!! Thanks so much for sharing this video 👍 I'm always looking forward to the next one!!!
Love the cabin. Definately a great place to get away from it all. Love the victrola in the corner also. Love the traditions. Would love to have a place like this. Happy new year!
this was a wonderful video Jack. you have an awesome setup with the cabins and your family history up there and the beautiful lake. there is just too much to mention. it is unbelievable. also we are a fan of Subaru. we have 2 Foresters. take care Jack and see you on the next one. Say hello to Rylie and I love your Victrola .
Hi Jack just a tip it’s Winter y not build deer Feeder and the small does so they can eat in the winter summer don’t feed in the winter deer it’s hard for them them to find food ❤😊
Thanks! Very cool ! An update your this summer would be great. Closing my eyes I could see you guys just sitting on sofa watching the fire in wood stove
Chippewa, is that in Eastern Minnesota? I just discovered your channel a few nights ago and am catching up but I love your channel. I have lived in NorCal and Colorado, my two favorite places. Spent weekends hiking and camping in the summer and skiing and snowshoeing in the winter. I even tried "snowing" camping once up around Tahoe. Loved those adventures and love your walk-arounds!! I was hooked at the first video. 😎✌🐶
Thanks so much! It’s kind of in north central MN. It’s such a beautiful area. Thank you for the kind words and subscribing! It’s crazy to me sometimes that people enjoy watching our videos. We really appreciate it. I used to live in CA and loved exploring out there too!
Really enjoyed the cabin tour keep the posts coming. Regarding your stove glass I live in a old railway house built in 1830 and have 3 wood burning stoves for heat. Over the years I have broken 3 stove windows in a similar way you broke yours. Take care when refitting new glass and do not over tighten the nuts or like me crack the new glass. Nearly finished season one of Rock the Park. D.Tatts.
Nice tour! The swing looks like a lot of fun. I think that poor guy needs a lesson or two on how to swing proper. lol Amenities like a bathroom and running water is always a nice addition. A wood stove is nice. And can really warm a place up. Love pine trees! Hiking on a pine needle path is heaven. Probably my favorite tree! The pine scent alone I love too. 🌲 •I remember the video about your moped. Didn't you name it?? lol•

Why do people walk around their house or cottage with their outside shoes on? Dont you attract all the dirt in to the house?
It’s got woods floors and up there it’s just easier sometimes to keep them on 👍🏽
