I did this following part one of the intense cardio workout and i definitely worked up a good sweat and have really noticed how much my crow has been improving since i started yoga last year. i wanted to ask if you could make a video for wrist pain? its more of an uncomfortable stiffness but a video would be so lovely and helpful! thank you for these amazing videos
Wow Tara! I love this one so much! Thank you! Would it be possible to do a how to for the arm position, where you lift up the toes? Or every stand where both feet leave the ground, I don´t get the hang of those. That would be awesome!
I want an effective fat burning yoga routine that i can do once a day. Which routine is best and how long should I do yoga for and how many times a week to see results?
Please don´t fight guys. I am a mediate/beginner type of yoga practiser and I thought it was intense. I think you have to pick up everyone where they stand. you know? :)
el cardio de yoga es muy distinto a otros, si a ti no te pasa nada puede q lo estes haciendo con las posiciones incorrectas o poco alineadas, yo soy bailarina y te digo que esta rutina si acelera y quema.
I though yoga peeps are calm and relaxed and not this mean and aggressive, or are u also just watching this video and not doing it as u accused me. Is just I am used to to different intensity, when someone says intense cardio workout I expect some serious heat racing and sweating, that's all? I guess the title mislead me, no harm done.
