I love her silent videos....only her amazing voice resonating. Unf. I can't do her YSolutions videos, because of the primitive noise supposedly music on it. Thanks a bunch for making more noiseless videos Tara...maybe redo the loud ones without noise also....just an idea.
I love your yoga videos Tara. I love how you involve some easy movement in each pose, rather than trying to hold a perfect rigid posture. I feel so great after your videos, and your voice is really relaxing too.
I love her videos ! But this is the third one I've seen where she does the left side but does the right and it drives me crazy LOL. Only until I get used to doing the poses without watching because she does "right leg up!" but it's the left, and then "lift high up, twist to the left" but she's twisting to the right, just throws off my flow. She's still one of my two favourites though.
The reason she does that is so that when you mirror her and follow the spoken directions, everything makes sense. So, when she twists to the right but says for us to twist left, we both face the same side of the room, as if you are watching yourself in a mirror. It's a bit weird if you think of using the right leg when she uses her right leg, but this was you can just visually mirror her if you're a bit lost, and follow the spoken direction if you aren't facing the screen.
+TaraStiles please make a sequence of 15min morning yogas stretching different areas daily and focus of such as detox,energy, peace,etc ! Love you this was a great morning awaking and where are you in this video its is sooo georgous outside p.s. I love you yoga outfit !

every morning I am trying to do this yoga flow. If you are a beginner like me, I suggest you do the flow with 0.75 speed. Also, instead of push-ups, I am doing cat-dog? I am lazy or whaaat?:D

I notice that your hands are as wide as your mat when you do the downward facing dog. When I do the downward facing dog; teacher say hands as wide as your shoulder. Does it really matter one way or the other?
most important is that you are comfortable and in a position you can move easily from. that usually means shorter and wider stances and not as rigid as "hands under your shoulders" hope this helps and stay easy!
I think they're cliches because they're so convenient for instructing other people in yoga. It's just a constant reminder that in yoga you can always modify any pose to do what you want and you should be comfortable with doing that.

I love your "style", haha, except for one thing: yoga teachers say the word "maybe" too much! Also "allow yourself to"- among other overused cliches!
Also, "when you're ready" is another one. What should we do? Keep up with you or pause the vid? Down with yogaspeak!
