How I improved the quality of 3D printing Ender 3 PRO - part 2 | Original vs Clone BMG Extruder

- Direct Drive Extruder with clone case of BMG Bondtech Extruder with replace original spare parts.
After more than half a year of intensive use of the Bondtech BMG clone extruder, I noticed major defects on the surface of the prints. As I discovered, the non-original mechanical parts were completely worn out. In the video you can see in comparison the non-original gears and needle bearings in what condition they are. The original replacement parts from Bondech look significantly better quality. Finally, it can also be seen in the improvement in print quality.
I used the original E3D v6 hotend and the original E3D nozzle 0.4 mm. To cool the hotend a 12v Noctua 40x40 silent fan is used and to cool the nozzles two 12v Sunon MagLev blower fans are used. The extruder motor is a Motech 0.9° stepper motor in the E3D edition. The control board is SKR mini with TMC2209.

Tak, oczywiście. W oprogramowaniu sprzętowym należy wprowadzić nowe współrzędne pozycji BL Touch względem dyszy Hot End.
Hello, first of all thanks for the video. Is it compatible with the Ender 3v2 x - axis mounting plate? All the products in the video are there. The only difference is that my printer is v2. I would be really grateful if you could help.
