Waiting for my bv39 to be less efficient so I can buy a slightly bigger turbo and custom manifold and downpipe. 3 bar MAP sensor. 4 bar might be too much for a daily. Firad tips and a tune. I've opened everything up and she sounds like a jet but I want MOAR POWAH!!!

Love this set up. Wanting to do a similar set up is this car running the water cooling which the gtd2060vz has and also when does boost come in heard it’s very quick
Nice job! How happy are you with gtd2060 while driving daily? And, what size v band is used on the turbo exhaust side? I'm having trouble finding the right one, the outer dim for clamping on mine gtd2060 is 102mm and the inner is 74mm. Thanks.
Doubtful without any smoke, PD injectors cannot increase fuel pressure, only the nozzle size, so atomisation becomes an issue with bigger nozzles and effectively slightly less fuel pressure, which will increase the smoke output. I'm not saying it's impossible, but we've not had any without any smoke at all once bigger nozzles are fitted.

Smaller turbo(up to 160ish hp), smaller injectors(up to 180hp), weaker crank and conrods, smaller clutch, you can still make good power on these. Big turbo and injectors are a must. Weaker 5speed transmission, upgreadable to 02Q 6speed.
Yes stock injectors, and we used our EGT sensor on the dyno which peaked at 900 degrees C after a long pull. Not ideal for every day use but ok for occasional blast. Standard clutch for now, but the customer wants it to be upgraded next.
@@mrproffesorr75 It would depend on the condition of your clutch. It's possible without changing the clutch but you probably won't get the torque as high as you could with an aftermarket part.

What size of of the pipe is it? i have 70mm pipe and slightly lowered Ibiza its tight aroung the rear beam. Always vibrating on the beam or the chasis
It's a 3" downpipe reduced down to a 2.5" mid-rear section

BPX engine code on the early shape, later ones get a BUK engine code. My guess being a non face lift this one is BPX

There is but unfortunately the dyno doesn't show it as the clutch was slipping slightly at peak torque
