Good work. Only note from me is that the new (and the old one as well) water radiator is of the mechanically joined type, not the soldered type. This means it has at least 20% less cooling capacity. If you want to improve your cooling, search for one of the soldered type, like the OEM one.

Hello, sure you made the best avalaible with 1.9tdi and maybe yours is drag racing car.. but you talk about surge issue, then compressor antisurge job and the widest fmic.. is it right I say surge is at early revs when hi lift/duration cam makes too much air to let tiny engine to charge big gt3073 turbo? When using oem cam blowing less air is surge an issue? I'd like to try that big vnt turbo with my firad 160%, wide fmic, 1.9tdi.. do I sure face surge during turbo spool? Is it sure? Many thanks..
wouldn't a velocity stack inside that inkate manifold help like it does on gasoline cars? (i know those engines run very high boost but still curious if someone tried it)
Na koje mislis? Na 3:40 je support od cetvrte brzine, a na 3:42 se vidi nosac mjenjaca, nista drugo, nije nikakvo pojacanje, na to crno se sarafa nosac na krak sasije
@@Jandrokovic znam na 3:40 je pojacanje , nego na 3:42 je nosač donji dio jel i sad ovaj dio tu što je iznad šalica od poluosovine sa dva šarafa zašarafljeno. ja to na fabiji nemam....

Intercooler there is one that is better to use 😉💪 that one will reduce surge but will cause lag response by the other end....
