I really needed this today. Pulled me out of a downward spiral and panic attacks - thank you, sir ♡

Sounds great. I guess instead of being upset about not having a way to provide for my family, I'll just let go. Thanks guy

Hi. This is a common misperception of letting go. It does NOT mean passive resignation. In fact, the result is the opposite. By accepting the moment just as it is, you enable yourself to pause and allow options for how you might respond to arise. When we are resisting life, we are reacting to each moment based on old habit patterns. I hope that helps clarify. Be well, my friend.

Those who change the world are those who are crazy enough to believe they can.

It is not easy for humans to instantly accept calamities calmly with equanimity. Period. It takes time. After all grief is a wave that one has to ride along with time🙏

Hi. I hope I didn’t leave the impression that this is easy. It does take practice, requires a lot of self compassion and self love. But we can ride the wave of grief and intense emotions without getting caught up in the stories that just exacerbate it. If we let it be, it will naturally dissolve on its own.
