Another simple way to pitch up the snare at the end of the build up is when your in the piano roll, click the arrow on the control board at the bottom of the screen, select note fine pitch, and right click and drag across the notes you want to pitch up and you'll get the same effect. Nice tutorial btw
When I make the part of the buildup at 2:14, I usually change the step sequence to 1/2 step, then shorten the notes, and finally paint the note sequence to the desired time. It is just easier for me.
very nice short tutorial, explained it in a easy way instead of watching 40mins tutorial without achieving something at the end, i can now continue my song with this. :)
Hey Nice video :) By the way did you use any shortcut to create the automation clip?? Because i didn't see you right clicking the pitch knob and selecting "create automation clip" command, let me know :) Cheers!!
Idk if you have a video about it already, I'll go look, but if not could you make a tutorial on how to make a proper edm bass and how to layer it and get rid of the ducking and clipping the preset basses have?
Very good tutorial! This can also work if you use a similar pattern and instead use a kick rather than a snare, and at the very end of the buildup (with the kicks) use a snare to lead it into the drop. All depends on preference :). (Sorry, I am not very good at explaining things)
Clovis V In this case that's the pitch automation. Open the plugin that you want to pitch, then right click the pitch range, it will show up a series of settings. Press create automation then you are done.
There are multiple ways of doing it.... You can right click and create automation clip or just search for "how to increase note fine pitch in fl studio" and then you can do it. :)

isn't it crazy that fact that theirs a good chance that someone watching your vids could grow up and be like tiesto or martin garrix

So according to you, the line thing is the automation. Go watch how to create automations in FL.
Just right click the pitch knob and then click create automation clip
how do you bring up that line thing
@@kafial7776 you can create the automation clip by right clicking on literally any knob and then clicking on create automation clip
I like to go with filter cutoff automation instead of volume automation when making a white nose sweep.

When the beat doesn't drop but flies.

how did you side chain the white noise without an automation clip
