the cargo floor flips over to a carpet side on all models, plus you can lower it to a lower level, and if you have the cargo dividers those come out so you can put it to the lower level
I just bought my 2024 Pilot in Touring Trim, mostly to get the Panoramic Roof and Bose Stereo. Ive had it about a week and overall love it with a few exceptions. I agree the wireless charging pad is pretty much useless, I have to get it just right to just start charging my iPhone 14, but just a slight movement while driving knocks it off center and stops charging. I feel the Touring trim level should have included the Heated Steering Wheel and Power Folding Mirrors. The rear view camera isn't as sharp, Have an older 2016 Accord and camera quality really hasn't improved. I wish when remote starting it would turn on the parking lights, makes it easier to tell when its running looking out the window, vs just the short flashing lights when starting. I want to add a tow hitch, but the dealership wants $1,000, crazy. I wish the rear bumper just had a small access panel to remove and add the hitch, versus having to replace a large portion of the bumper just to add, thus driving the costs much higher than it needs to be. The smallish 9" Infotainment center is functional, but looks dated compared to a lot of other SUV's using larger 12.3" screens that make other SUV's interior look more modern. Overall I chose the Pilot, because of Honda's reputation for reliability, our 2016 Accord has had zero issues last 7 years, having only had to change out the battery once and a set of tires in the past 7 years. Plus love the exterior styling of the Pilot over a lot of other SUV's. Although for interior dash layout I did like the Palisade a lot.
I have a new one too. I agree with all you said. My old pilot had a hitch standard ! I didn’t get a touring I can’t believe it didn’t have the heated steering wheel.
Putting a deposit on one Monday. Unfortunately it’s still on a truck on the way to the dealer. No sunroof is a bummer though. We looked at the Highlander and Grand Highlander, the Toyota seemed really cheap inside and a 4 cylinder on a mid size SUV shouldn’t even be an option. Hondas long time reliability is just unmatched in the market.
Just got our last Friday. We love it !!! So much power
Congratulations! Don’t you just love how nimble the steering wheel is for its size! Makes maneuvering so much easier
Just purchased this vehicle today. I absolutely love it!

I love my 2024. . We still have a 2012 pilot as well.
They’re keepers for sure! We have a 2013 one at my parents and still rock solid!
which one is quieter on the highway (road and wind noise)
@@bLacksheep988 oh definitely the new one. It drives so smooth.

You can install an aftermarket hitch. Won't have to remove the bumper either.
Nice review thanks for sharing

Next time, try doing the review without the sunlight. Too bright.
