    Hi Mergim! I saw you buy sunscreen with SPF20. My rule with SPF is the importance of reapplication. Trust me, I’m someone who gets sunburned really easily. Just remember, SPF 20 means you have to reapply every 20 mins. SPF 50 means you reapply every 50 minutes. Btw, I’m enjoying this segment of your blog while you’re traveling around. Stay safe!

      @Thigsy ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I do differently... I get sunburned in 5 minutes without SS from 11am to 2pm. So if I apply a SPF15... I multiply 15 with 5 minutes... I get 75 minutes of protected time. Granting that the SS lotion doesn't get wiped off by clothes, water, sweat etc. So in reality I re-apply every 30-45 minutes when using SPF15 or roughly 50% of the max protection time. At SPF50... That's 250 minutes or 4.16 hours... I reapply every 2 hours. You just have to know how long you get sunburned without SS to apply the calculations. Shorter re-application is a must when you swim or when you know that your SS gets rubbed off during any activity. Sun bathing or just walking for example... You can do the 50% or max protection time. But that's just me. 😅😳

    *I'm waving from San Pedro, Laguna to you*. Enjoy Laguna as much as you can. Hot springs, Waterfalls, Lakes, mountains, rich in history too. Calamba is home of Jose Rizal. You can visit the shrine if you want to. We also have the underground cemetery, and lots lots lots to see and discover.

    Try kwekkwek or tokneneng without any sauce. I like the crunch of the batter and then followed by the creaminess of the yolk

    Hey Mergim, Filipinos have sauces for everything fried. Always ask the vendors for sauce. I've never had kwek kwek but from what I've gathered, they're boiled quail eggs with a batter. I'm quite sure the orange tint is achuete added to the flour batter.

    I think you've been in the country long enough to know that when it comes to street food, it's all about the "sauce". Eating kwek-kwek without the sweet n spicy sauce or the sweet vinegar is just like eating a very bland bread with an egg inside it.

    Hi sir, it is a law here in the Philippines to wear longsleeve or jacket, helmet, long pants and shoes when driving motor bike. If u noticed some drivers are fully covered like what I said and that is for protection from accident and from sunburn maybe also. And 7/11 store has always high prices. Other supermarket or stores are a bit cheaper.

    So I'm working in a Cosmetics industry, thou I'm not an expert since it is not my field, I was on the tech field but what I do know is that even if you have the SPF 10 Sunscreen you can achieve a SPF50 level of protection you just have to apply a thicker amount.
    And you don't have to reapply again and again every 20 mins like the other comments suggests, unless you go for a swim or you sweat and you wipe it down.

Keep cold food cold in the refrigerator at 40 °F or below, in coolers or on the serving line on ice. Keep hot food, cooked or reheated, at or above 140 °F in the oven, chafing dishes, preheated steam tables, or in warming trays. condiments can at times be dangerous also
