This actually helped alot my therapist wouldnt even give me as good advice as this recently ive been going through so much ive been overwhelmed and crying about things i wouldnt be worried about before since i just became an adult but this really helped my anxiety thank you for the helpful advice i hope this video gets millions of views

The magic is, "what if no one care?" Awesome then i can go full send. I don't even get upset about negative reactions. The way i see it is that i cuased someone to react. It is still a form of interation and feeds the feedback loop. You can't learn anything without taking some Ls.
