ea ufc 3’s striking reminds me of when you’re having a dream where you’re trying to punch someone, but you can never quite connect in a real way. You know those deeams? You try and you try to get a good connection on a punch, but theres this invisible type of force that just will NOT allow your punches to land? Theres like a reverse magnetic thing aspect to the punches. Well, thats how ufc 3 feels. Its pure frustration. And on top of that, the KOs are gay and repetitive and unrealistic and animation based instead of physics based, and the grappling is untouched and unimproved on. The game is a disappointment. Its either 2 things....(A), is the developers are bad and uncreative at their jobs, or (B), is the developers were advised by their superiors to minimal effort into the game, so they can have a new feature for the next years release. In other words, they’re sandbagging their customers. Both (A) and (B) are equally as bad. I think rockstar would make a better mma game. Ya the graphics wouldn’t be as good, but it would be waaaay more fun cuz it would have realistic physics ! Rockstar needs to come out with a game thats like the warriors in the sense of, its a game based purely on street brawls, and the streets brawls can be selected to battle on different turfs, and you can fully customize your gang! how many members are in your gang, and where they’re from! Im not sure how to feel about UFC3. It looks good but it doesn’t at the same time. I feel like a mix between UFC & UFC2 wouldve been good. Im not a big fan of the camera angle while fighting (youd probably be able to change it). The ref animations should change too, no one would just stand there while a fighter is ko’d and they keep punching them. Movement looks good but idk. I hope im not the only one who thinks this way. Im by no means hating on the game, im most likely gonna buy it, but i feel as though they couldve polished it a bit more.
Nothing beats the stiff guy after knockout !!! Its difficult to decide between the 1st and the 2nd. Ufc 2 looks better for shore ( and has Mike Tyson ) but if you look into details i think that the 1st is the one to go for,if you looking for an all around experience. For example the knockout replays in Ufc 2 are kinda robotic where in the 1st they fluid like the actual KO. Also in the 2nd ( on ps4 ) if you knock down a guy sometimes you cant jump on him because you actually knocked him out but the game takes 2-3 seconds to play the celebration video...Til then you have no idea whats happening. Commentators are better in the 1st because in the 2nd you can hear that they cut the commentary from different fights. I dont even mention Ufc 3 because it is a sack of shit.

UFC was simple easy and fun. They had the actual fighters giving you tips on your career the game made you less worried about your fight. In UFC two no tips and complements from UFC fighters and you could get your career fighter hurt by the training camps you do but damn the knock outs in 2 we're badass and still are the animations we're fucking funny and fun when you fought and Mike Tyson made it a must buy game with alot of fighters added as well. Hopefully UFC 3 will be good once we play that's im saying.

the UFC 3 footwork and striking is incredible BUT they ruined it with having TOO MANY ANIMATIONS!! Every time you get caught with a punch it puts your player in this animation that takes half a second and although its half a second, it feels like longer! Do almost every time you get popped, your player does an animation that totally freezes him up. Its toooooooo much, and it gives the game a molasses feel to it. The KOs fucking suck and even though UFC 2 had better KOs, those fucking sucked too, This game needed a totally new movement system and a totally new ragdoll KO system. The movement system they worked on and did a good job, but the KO system looks like you're playing TEKKEN or something. Why have that great footwork if the KOs are that stupid??? Oh, and everything about the grappling is the same as before.
EA UFC 3 where all fights are in slow motion. Like holy shit, you'd think after two games they could get it right the third time but no. The movement in 3 is solid however the punching and kicking is slow af. Also UFC 4 is already in the works so that's a wtf moment too considering 3 isn't even finished yet (roster update, bug fixes, balancing issues)
In ufc 3 They’ve made Connor from the Mayweather or Diaz fight. His face is on point the tattoos actually look real in ufc 3 just saying. UFC was simple easy and fun. They had the actual fighters giving you tips on your career the game made you less worried about your fight. In UFC two no tips and complements from UFC fighters and you could get your career fighter hurt by the training camps you do but damn the knock outs in 2 we're badass and still are the animations we're fucking funny and fun when you fought and Mike Tyson made it a must buy game with alot of fighters added as well. Hopefully UFC 3 will be good once we play that's im saying.

It's not you. They've also removed parrying apparently. Everything about this screams EA UFC 1, in that it'll take half a year of updates to bring it up to launch day quality.

I came here because I was thinking I'd get UFC 3 now while it's $29.99 but after watching this and other more recent videos idk.....standup just looks like complete shit. Distance looks hard to achieve and when your too close the punches just look awful. Why on Earth would ea make a less realistic game like UFC 3? I don't get it. It's easy to see in this video how much more realistic the punches look in UFC 2.
If mcgregor had his moves in ea sports ufc and his hairstyle in ea sports ufc 2 and his correct tattoos in ea sports ufc 3 they should add this in ea sports ufc 4 and Conor will be perfect

the UFC 3 footwork and striking is incredible BUT they ruined it with having TOO MANY ANIMATIONS!! Every time you get caught with a punch it puts your player in this animation that takes half a second and although its half a second, it feels like longer! Do almost every time you get popped, your player does an animation that totally freezes him up. Its toooooooo much, and it gives the game a molasses feel to it. The KOs fucking suck and even though UFC 2 had better KOs, those fucking sucked too, This game needed a totally new movement system and a totally new ragdoll KO system. The movement system they worked on and did a good job, but the KO system looks like you're playing TEKKEN or something. Why have that great footwork if the KOs are that stupid??? Oh, and everything about the grappling is the same as before.
Just wait for the release. That's why it's called "beta" because they checking for some bugs and glitches to fix it up

EA UFC 3 where all fights are in slow motion. Like holy shit, you'd think after two games they could get it right the third time but no. The movement in 3 is solid however the punching and kicking is slow af. Also UFC 4 is already in the works so that's a wtf moment too considering 3 isn't even finished yet (roster update, bug fixes, balancing issues)

In ufc 3 They’ve made Connor from the Mayweather or Diaz fight. His face is on point the tattoos actually look real in ufc 3 just saying. In ufc 2 they’ve made him from the mendes fight but his hair looks like from the Aldo press conference. In ufc they’ve not even made an effort to make him look like from the real fights

Ufc 3 is good but it takes a lot of time to get used the mechanics and is hard as hell on the other hand ufc 2 is easier to get used to and the game looks better imo I'd buy ufc 2
Ufc 1 is obviously the best for one reason.....the fact you could knock a guy out without stunning him once, in 3 specifically you have to daze him like 3 times before a cold knock out.
