You can unlock a black n' white mode of game (Is the same but all with Black and White colors) if you don't shoot in some levels (Or im don't know is in ALL levels, but it doesn't count in the bosses) if you don't shoot, you gonna win the rank "P" (Peace or Pacifist) in the level, no A, C, B etc, "P", when you get all ranks "P" (Except Bosses) if i remember you need to talk to that turtle in the 3 world, and it gonna unlock that mode, i think you can get other mode doing this but i don't remember what one.

Yeah that's what I've noticed. The game has a very linear style where battles play out with a "plot" like an animation. But then there's the health aspect of the boss, if it's exhausted too fast, they're knocked out and the entire "plot" of the battle can't play! I know they probably accounted for this but they should have better programmed it so you can't do that...

Don’t wanna be “that guy” but I think most of these glitches might be triggered by the weapon switch exploit, which is in pretty much all of the clips being used here. Except on Hilda Berg and Djimmi since they’re both aerial stages.

Probably because you're dealing such a massive amount of damage that you get the boss to its next phase when you weren't supposed to, it happened to me with the Bee one, while she was reading the book to transform into a plane I had already killed her and she got in the plane form trying to go down the screen, but I had already killed her so she just got stuck up there
you can actually still exploit the glitch on aerial stages after getting the second weapon from the guy beside Djimmi!

Theres a glitch on the final part of the king dice fight where if you use invincibility right as his attack animation starts, the boss freezes up. The cards don't come out at all and the fight becomes a walkover

I did something similar to that,but the only differences were that I wasn’t using the invincibility move and it happened when he was gonna attack again,he ended up hitting me in the same spot where he did the first wave of cards,I landed behind his hand,he was doing the animation,but no cards came out,so I dashed out from behind his hand and beaten him

The same happened to me... that was the way I defeated that boss xD

Devs testing a game obviously doesn’t always ensure that players can’t do unintended things because it happens all the time. But I agree this is a case that seems intended by the fact that the devs intended for the player to be able to beat the run and gun levels without killing anything.

I feel like most of these glitches are caused by minor errors on the machines running the games. How it works is as follows. Most games like this, ones that operate in stages throughout the battles and such, generally have a list of requirements that must be met in order to activate specific events. By the way i'm simplifying this explanation. Anyway, heres an example, when dragon boss has 0 hp, end round. Or, when timer gets to 5 secs, move to next stage. Again, this is a simplification.
Anyway, commands like these are some of the easiest ways to work stages, however, they are imperfect. Even though they are solid on their own, if another prerequisite is met at the same time, or the computer accidentally slows a little, and misses that one little key moment, the command is never met and the next step that the game should follow, doesn't take place.
This is why you should set requirements like these to be constant so that they check more than once, and that they have a minimum requirement, but no maximum requirement.
For example, if boss is hit 5 times.
This would be poor code because if the boss is hit 6 times, with the last two hits being in such rapid succession that they are counted before the requirement is checked, then whatever is supposed to happen, like the boss dying, won't happen.
A better way would be if the boss is hit more than 4 times.
Another problem is using too many timers, timers can be okay if you follow the above advice, but they should not be used in conjunction with collisions. Iv'e seen too many people do this, and it's a bad idea. Timers are finicky, and collisions are unpredictable, they make for a bad combination.
Anyway, no one asked me to write this, sorry!

The Wagon doesn't seem like a glitch. Once you parry the wheel you have to wait 2 seconds to parry it again.
Look at it more closely...
Basically the pink brick hit the wagon at the same time the guy hit the wagon too, so the animation for the wagon moving played, but then he teleported back to where he was

Well it’s one of the most hardest hand animated games ever with the hardest bosses of course it’s going to have glitches
There’s a glitch in the “All bets are off” one, Once King Dice moves one of his hands to shoot the cards, not only does he not shoot the cards, but he was stuck like that for the rest of the fight. I finally had beaten him after hours of pure agonizing, excruciating, and un-ending suffering, but I’m ashamed that I needed help from a glitch😝😊🤣

Same i just beat him today. To do the glitch i think you just need to (when he’s using his cards attack just jump and use the super art 1 when your about to parry the cards and when he’s done with his cards he just keeps doing the animation without sending the cards) and that felt N I C E beating him. Or that was what i did, i don’t know if it’s right or not.

One of the more infuriating glitch I came across was on floral fury where the boss killed me but the game still though I was alive. Meaning that in order to reset the match I had to close and reopen the game. The odd thing was the boss's ai glitches too preventing him from attacking (not that it would do anything).

In number 1, it is not a glitch. In Run and Guns you can skip every boss as it is a way of getting the "Pacifist" score, don't kill or shoot through the whole Run and Gun.

Observe the wagon and it's switches closely. The pink brick from the Pumpkin and Cuphead activate the opposing switches of the wagon within split seconds of each other, this causes the wagon to move to the right as the Pumpkin intended only to quickly snap back to the left because of Cuphead.

I ran into the monkey suicide glitch, got 3 wrong pairs straight and when he got really fast I just thought he spun out of control since he died off screen.
The Monkey suicide glitch happened to me lastnight after matching 2 cards, was the weirdest shit, but thankfully I was able to beat King Dice on that run
I found an easy game bug in the treetop stage, when fighting the mini boss, if he destroys a platform under you ( probably while shooting idk) you float off to the side, unable to do anything.
First ones not a glitch you can actually get past that boss. If you don’t believe me it’s apart of a challenge to get the black and white option you get it from going pacifist on all run and gun levels meet the turtle on the docs in the game to see what I’m talking about.
