- Today we completely break Cuphead speedruns by using the Mugman Army glitch. This glitch allows us to spawn unlimited Mugman clones, and can results in some extremely fast fights. This speedrun is one of my favorites

My channel generally focuses on a more casual side of speedruns. With these videos I want to show off cool speedruns, explain how they work, and entertain. Hopefully you enjoy the content and maybe even take up speedrunning yourself, because it is truly a lot of fun!
This speedrun uses the Mugman duplication glitch. By bounding both player 1 and player 2 to the same controller, we can spawn extra Mugman clones. This is done by removing player 2, and immediately adding it back. The glitch allows us to defeat bosses extremely quickly, which makes it perfect for speedrunning.

Glitches like this are always hilarious to me, even if they're completely pointless like you mentioned at the end of the video. Something about the nonsensical mental image of Cuphead leading an army of Mugmen around is just peak comedy in my opinion.

Cup head is one of the only games that glitches feel at home, it’s an old style game, fun techs like quick switching weapons for more damage feels almost meant to be.

I would just like to mention how much I love how progressive you've been, Speezy. You can tell from comparing old videos to recent ones that you've gained much more confidence and liveliness over the time you've done YT - your voice used to be rather calm and had less of an energetic vibe, whereas over time you've begun to sound much more... That animation actually looks pretty good
you can actually also do this glitch in the overworld, which means you can have as many mugmans as you want in the map screen, but its not really helpful, so its kinda useless. overall, this is probably my most favorite legacy patch glitches ever lol

Just a little tip: At 5:01, if you go all the way to the left of the screen and shoot with the roundabout, you will actually hit the horse/donkey offscreen, doing more damage. Same goes for the devil’s first phase.

I love how goopys final phase spawns on top of Mugman like UnGA BunGa
There is a glitch in the devil boss fight (probably patched) in which he takes damage if you shoot toward the left before entering the second phase. That way you can avoid taking damage.
we are speaking about legacy version, so it's not patched
