No one has the same list of legendaries, but everyone has one in the same spot: Phione in last.
Actually wrong, my least favourite is regice or meltan, Phione is too cute
I'm one of the few people who like Phione a lot, I'd never put it in the bottom. I'd have to think about it, but I think Tornadus, Thundurus and Landorus are my least favourite, still good Pokemon but not as appealing for me.

On my list Zerora, Cubfu, Urhsifu, and that grass monkey thing would be lower. Zamazenta and Zacian too, I just can't stand their colour schemes

The yellow dots on the stars on the side of it's head are eyes and the star shapes themselves will change shape with it's emotions.

I put heatran in the same tier c 6) ok 👌 tier with uxie, mesprit, azelf and eternatus simply because heatran is the most underrated legendary pokemon ever and I’m confused why is heatran even considered a legendary pokemon ? heatran doesn’t have a proper story in Pokémon Diamond and Pearl and Pokémon Platinum and heatran’s origin wasn’t executed really well too, I mean, I get it that heatran was formed in a pool of lava when mount coronet and stark mountain was formed, but that doesn’t add up, plus, there’s already a lot of fire type legendary pokemons that embodies volcanoes and fire elements better than heatran, and heatran is just a generic lava tortoise monster that dwells in volcanoes. Overall, I think that heatran is one of the worst legendaries implemented in the Core Series Pokémon Games.

Yeah plus I don’t think looking humanoid is automatically a bad thing, as long as it’s not taken too far.
I think the humanoid look is quite nice, it's not something found too often in pokemon and I think it looks good when done right.

Kyurem is one of the best legends in my oppinon: While it isn't as strong as the creation trio, it fits PERFECTLY in the story of bw(and 2).
It brings N back into the story in a way that makes sense. He came to atone for his sins by saving the world by stop kyurem, even if it hurts him to do so.
Like a true hero that he was destined to be.

The legendaries I love the most are Entei, Mew, Deoxys, Meloetta, Celebi , Suicune, Lunala. Magearna, Mewtwo and Diancie also the three legendary birds.

Rayquaza is overated, but hear me out, its overated in a good way. it looks awesome, its strong, its majestic, it has such a good lore and the first time i saw it, i was astounded by its beauty. so thats enough reason to put it as the best, and almost everyone loves it.
I was kinda disappointed when Zeraora and Diancie were in C tier, they are great mythicals, and I know some people don't love Diance, but don't HATE it. I am not happy. Also WHO CARES ABOUT SYMMETRY?!

Playing Emerald after I had only ever played Yellow was a shock to the system when I was a kid. Finally facing rayquaza and that theme music comes on... man some of the most epic moments gaming.
