- 今回は大阪門真京阪古川橋駅近くにある せき屋 さんに来ました！ せき屋 さんは何と言ってもあっさりとした中にもコクのある非常に食べやすいたこ焼きです！ふわっと綺麗に焼かれた生地は絶妙な加減の食感でスッキリとした後味は表現できないほどです！店内で熱々の焼きたてを食べる事ができるのもとっても嬉しいです♪持ち帰りで頂くと冷めてから食べるのを想定して作られているこだわりも実感することができます！ぜひ皆様も せき屋 さんの美味しいたこ焼きをご堪能ください！

In India we cook similar thing at home. It has 9 to 18 semi circle compartments. Though ours is pure vegetarian and the batter is made of rice flour and we add Onions + green chillies + chopped Tomatoes in it. Mostly it's called poddu but it can have different name in other states. Was surprised to see this prepared here. It's a small world 🌎
