Scott didn't even have a story in mind the second he started FNAF 1, FNAF 3 was when he was pressured into expanding the lore, and FNAF 4 still had some lore changes (the box that he decided to keep closed) since, scott, watches theory videos, and based on those theory videos is how he expanded the story. the box is a clear example of how theories made him change his mind on the story. Scott picks bits and pieces from theory videos and makes them canon, making them fit into the lore, he didn't write or plan ahead beforehand, so acting like matpat is dumb for getting it wrong when not even Scott himself knew where the lore was going is just some weird ignorance...

The way I look at it: yes, it is a little frustrating looking back on it now that we have the full canonical timeline. But, I like watching them, because it's fun to rewind the clock and listen to how the theory started. How it started from a real life event and how the pieces were slowly but surely put together over a long period of time. The growth and evolution of the lore over the past few years. Like going on a long journey through a very meticulously detailed maze, with different twists and turns and dead ends, feeling the anticipation as you come closer and closer to that coveted exit. And once you find that exit, once you've reached the end of your journey, you feel like you've grown as a person. That you grew and evolved along with the story and the lore. And looking back at the beginning of this franchise is fun to watch because it further reminds you of how long it took you to get to where you are now, and it fills you with a sense of accomplishment. You made it. We all made it. The franchise has become something much bigger than any of us back then would have even DREAMED it would become. So yeah, while we all know the truth, it is actually very enriching to go back and see where it all began. Like going through old home videos or an old photo album. For the nostalgia, yes, but also for that warm feeling you get inside from looking back on such humble beginnings. We're remembering this theory's humble beginnings. Before the franchise and the lore became a worldwide phenomenon. 😊
Alex C the young boy was killed, and his father, Mr. Afton aka Purple Guy, actually put his son back together as a robot. it’s confusing, and i’m not 100% sure i’m right, but that’s how i interpreted it
I still kind of believe this theory. I do think that the spirit talking to the Crying Child is Golden Freddy. The MCI has definitely happened before the events of this game, meaning that it isn't too far fetched to assume the animatronics are already possessed. CC is the second spirit in GF, meaning that it we can easily assume Cassidy is speaking to him. Cassidy died horribly and doesn't want to let him also get hurt. Maybe she decided to haunt the Fredbear toy as a way to terrorise Afton. But based on the way they talk in the Survival Logbook, it seems as if Cassidy felt protective over him anyway. So maybe she was the one who talked to CC as he died, wanting to comfort him, as his friend.
The MCI couldn't have happened at this point, since the MCI happened after Spring lock suits were decommissioned, confirmed by the FNAF 3 tapes. Phone guy mentions how the Spring Bonnie suit has been noticeably moved, meaning the MCI has just happened, and this tape is after the suits have been retired by this point . The MCI happened in 1985, 2 years after the bite of 83'

The puppet or Charlotte was the first one to be killed, just in a diffrent way
I still kind of believe this theory. I do think that the spirit talking to the Crying Child is Golden Freddy. The MCI has definitely happened before the events of this game, meaning that it isn't too far fetched to assume the animatronics are already possessed. CC is the second spirit in GF, meaning that it we can easily assume Cassidy is speaking to him. Cassidy died horribly and doesn't want to let him also get hurt. Maybe she decided to haunt the Fredbear toy as a way to terrorise Afton. But based on the way they talk in the Survival Logbook, it seems as if Cassidy felt protective over him anyway. So maybe she was the one who talked to CC as he died, wanting to comfort him, as his friend.
The MCI couldn't have happened at this point, since the MCI happened after Spring lock suits were decommissioned, confirmed by the FNAF 3 tapes. Phone guy mentions how the Spring Bonnie suit has been noticeably moved, meaning the MCI has just happened, and this tape is after the suits have been retired by this point . The MCI happened in 1985, 2 years after the bite of 83'

Out of all the fnaf theories, this one, especially the title, is the most correct sentence that has ever been said. Fnaf will never end, not even after Scott retires. Whoever is pulling the strings of fnaf now, just know that they will never stop, and when we find all the puzzle pieces and put them together, they will just reshuffle the entire timeline and story, and they will just continue producing.
