you know what is absolutely depressing is that Santana sung the song “ if i die young” and she did die young.😥😭😢

I agree with this list. If i die young just feels weird to listen to now. Naya's death weighs heavy on my heart. She was so influential, confident, brave, and so much more. May she forever rest in peace, she is greatly missed.

Cough syrup hurt me so much, the editing along with the songs. Gosh :,(
Cough syrup is my fav song because it hits hard and really close to home for me, the theme of drowning out pain with alcohol in the song, and daves suicidal thoughts really hits home
He deserved an Emmy for that moment for sure!!!! And for the following episode he’s amazing

Can we just appreciate how great this show actual was... these actors, all them triple threats. This show happened at a rough spot in my life and it kept my off the edge more than once.

Same goes for me. Glee has its problematic moments but there are still great lessons that u can take away from some of its storylines. It honestly helped me growing up, as I was a gay kid growing up in a homophobic society. And for that, Glee will always have a special place in my heart.

But if you support the artists/actor you're still supporting salling whether you like him or not. Because eventide you listen to one of his songs the money from that would still have to go to someone and if he was still alive it would be him. So you may not like what he did but your still technically supporting him

I loved the character and his voice but I do not in anyway support what he did. It is possible to think that way. And if you stopped watching the show just because of him you have to think about all the other actors that would lose money because of that. So there's many things to think about before saying something like that!

I cried so much at “the scientist”, especially when Santana and Finn showed up, knowing they’re gone now. I will always remeber them. Keep them memory alive.

„Shake it out” is my personal favourite. Right next to “I want to hold your hand” and „If I die young“.
I cried many times during this show, but I remember "Roots before branches" scene took me by surprise. I did not expect Finn to do that and that was the first time Glee broke my heart and made me literally SOB.
5:00 | I know what Mark Salling did was 1000x wrong, but Puck didn’t. I think that somebody can still like Puck because they r 2 different “people”. If you like a song with Puck in u shouldn’t apologise :) that’s just my 2cents anyway

As the mother of a teenage girl, I can say Glee helped my daughter love herself more. Thank you Glee and cast. We need another show that teens can relate to more than ever now in 2021.
So glad it helped ! I don't know how old is she but if she's 15+ she should watch Crazy-Ex Girlfriend !! I watched it when i was 16 and it helped me so much with loving myself. There's representation of so many different person, it's very underrated but amazing !

Just saying Santana Britney Kurt and Blaine and Mercedes carried this show wish I could say the same about Tina and mike but THEY NEVER GET HARDLY ANY PARTS IN THE SHOW!!

I gotta say, you did this PERFECTLY! Lea Michele's rendition of "Make You Feel My Love' is one of the saddest due to my boy Cory's death. We all love his so much and miss him to this day.

Besides Naya Rivera early and tragic passing, her panic was quite real they decided to keep it on. Poor thing just broke down.
Miss Naya so much it’s just been 2 years since her death. The people who didn’t get to see how talented she was are missing out. She was amazing and will always be in our hearts. LEGEND FOREVER. Never forgotten. Love❤️💔😭😢

Honestly, Naya's tragic death is still so hard to believe. What an amazing talent. So thankful for her role in Glee, and the personal impact it has on my life growing up.

I love that you ranked it that way. Some people would’ve disagreed with the top 1# and 2# but it’s really good you put them up there because those songs hit hard and have a special meaning for singing it.

I don’t know why but whenever I think about the Mark Salling situation, I just feel sad. Sad for the victims in the photos, but also sad that he killed himself. If he went and served his time or died in an accident, I don’t think I would have this reaction. I know I’m probably alone in this, but Puck became one of my favorite characters. He was so talented, it’s just a shame things ended up being the way they are.
Teenage Dream deserve at least to be in the top 15 🥺

Lea was literally his girlfriend. The reality of everything gives it the weight to be number one. That performance was the most emotional considering it was a full performance and it showed almost all the actors really crying their hearts out.
This hit way harder than I expected... so many beautiful songs... but Naya was always my favorite voice on the show...
I love Landslide so much😭😭💗 It’s so beautiful how Brit and Santana love each other and they sang beautifully.🥺

I don't know but the way Lea sang Make You feel my Love was phenomenal. The emotional quality of her voice is WOW. Even if her character was kind of a self centered character.

I think that "make you feel my love" should be number 2 and "If i die young" in number 1. I feel like is the most sad song ever and even though obviusly lea's performance was really sad, the way naya sang that song was just devastating and it hits very different now.

I am in my 50s never watched Glee and possibly wouldn't like it
but have older teen kids so can relate to clips but I love the music
and sing along with it all the time. You are right it does make you
happy music is therapy and could really help at the moment when
we are all so unhappy in the world. They should re-run all of it and
say viewing is compulsory to comply with covid rules we are still in
it in the UK. We all need a good bit of escapism and this certainly is.
