He is one of the most naturally talented in the show. Not much of a storyline, which is a shame since his voice is one in a million. Definitely need to redo this list.
I feel bad for Rory. His character is on there very briefly, bullied for being Irish/Scottish, and litterally given auch boring songs (in my oppinion). I feel like he could've at least been put in a better song. Like, I love his voice. Here is one of the song she released around a year ago…

I feel like Dianna Agron's voice is so underrated. She gets overshadowed by the huge belter voices like Lea Michelle and Amber Riley.
She may not have so much power but her voice has such a beautiful soft tone and subtlety.

I think this is more a list of "my faves" than who has the best vocal abilities; range, depth stylings, etc. Adam Lambert is hands down the most overall talented vocalist on glee. Damien should have been way higher.... the boy has pipes... founding and current member of Celtic Thunder. Jenna should have been way higher. These ratings were who the OP liked best

It's amazing how angry people get about these lists. I've seen so many of these best voice lists and the comment section is always the same on each one: obsessed fans mad because their favorite wasn't identified as number one. Heck, I don't really agree with this list either but that just means my opinion is different and the creator of the video enjoys different voices than mine.

In my opinion Lea’s voice sometimes sounds really cringe but, Damian, Jenna and Dianna deserved way better
There's no denying Lea's talent. She has an impressive vocal register, good vocal quality, and power. But she was given a LOT of pop/rock songs on the show and it just... didn't work for her voice type. The writers and music directors honestly gave her too much credit because I don't think she's that versatile of a singer in terms of different styles and genres. She's overtrained and technical and it doesn't work for more contemporary pop, rock, or R&B. Her vocal quality is too bright and her way of singing and her delivery is too theatrical. Her pop music career is proof. Sia wrote her songs, Lea tried to mimic Sia's style and it just...yikes.
When she sang Barbra Streisand, showtunes, and even Celine Dion, she flourished. When she sang stuff like Katy Perry, Britney Spears, or Halestorm (I'm sorry since a lot of you love that cover of Here's to Us but I thought it was awful), she would sound really teflon-y and it felt like... kind of like a sugar hangover when you eat something that's really really sweet but makes you feel nauseous or gives you a headache after.
Lea is good but with her voice, she sounds like she belongs in Disney channel musical. I literally thought glee was supposed to target people under 10 just because of Lea’s voice

rory and joe had the most underrated and underused voices on the show. damian mcginty's (rory's actor) voice is like butter and the songs they chose for him suited him beautifully, i just wish they'd given him more of a storyline instead of boderline offensive stroylines about him being irish. i think nothing needs to be said about joe except for the fact he's criminally underrated.

Diane Agron was my favorite character on Glee. I’m still so upset for what they did with her character and their song choice for her. I think the producers really dropped the ball.
