I'm suffering from depression, anxiety, panic attack. I decided to back to my workout routine which I used to do before. First day was really exhausted, the next day I lost motivation. I pushed myself to workout. It's been 1 week. Now I'm really feel a little bit better than before ❤
Might be a good reason for me to incorporate swimming with my weightlifting especially since I don't enjoy walking in the cold. Then start walking again once it gets warmer again.
And than there is me who tought its 150min per day and didnt question it 😂 90 mins lifting & Warmup, 15 mins stretching, 30 mins Breakdance and finish off with relaxed 15 mins sauna. I know sauna isnt really a workout but its still for my heart 🙃
I don’t understand the 12 weeks thing. What if there’s only one way of working out that really works for you, are you supposed to just take a month break at 12 weeks & then restart the cycle? What if you don’t want to change to an entirely new way of working out every 3 months?? Can you not just do a couple different workouts throughout the week to sustain interest/motivation forever??
I feel extremely depressed and lonely i feel unworthy of anyone's attention i don't even like myself im hoping by just going to the gym i could learn to atbthe very least tolerate eho i am as a person
The best exercise for mental health is to walk outside with trees and wide view of the sky optionally with a friend and it's better in the morning. Just get your heart rate up. Go on a bike to go faster if that makes it more fun. Just 5 min a day for mental health
@@ThatGuy-yb8xt haha. I'm sure it's better to go for walks than to just breathe in pollution sedantarily. Best case scenario is you go walk with a mob to shut down the polution or you vote with your feet and leave a place that might kill you. Local governments that take the side of evil corporations over the lives of the residents are the worst types of crony governments. I live in what used toe be the worst air quality city in the US (LA). it's gotten better with regulations on lead and NOx and smog laws in the 1970s. It's still not ideal but there's still good tacos and Thai food and the air is at least livable
That's abother reason to change the routine every 12 weeks / 3 months. For a non professional it's good because that keep the adherence high and keep the novelty and motivation for new things
Dude Life has become so stressful man. Can't catch a breath of peace dude. Multiple panic attacks per day. Feeling of sickness in stomach due to circumstances around me. Dude I'm an average 25 year old trying to achieve something in life to feel good about myself but everyone n everything seems to go the wrong way. My parents are always fighting They are sometime toxic to me My gf cheated on me last month n slept with another guy She scammed a lot of money out of me This has been my second time getting cheated badly. I don't have many friends N the few friends who I have They live far away becoz we moved during covid pandemic. Its so depressing to go to bed alone every night Every night I wish to God pls pls don't make me wake up. I just need the sweet release of death! I started going to gym 2 months back. It helped a bit Got some newbie gains But gym impact on mental health is temporary, I can confirm. Its so depressing n cruel world out there . I will try to be alive as much as I can.
Does anybody have any ideas for any mental health coping skills that help people who just set boundaries and are feeling a bit anxious about it? I just put my first one and I feel guilty and nervous.
Ay first My picks for best excercises: >Walking in nature >Punching and kicking something >Push-ups (youre staring at the bottom the whole time or looking forward the whole time)
Seems out of touch with what I've been experiencing. When you first get used to exercising you can't let it go. I've been training all my life and I seriously can't live without it.
It’s either you have it in you, or don’t,, been training for 13 years naturally, I don’t have a body of a Greek statue but I enjoy being stronger than average

I am still not used to your mouth moving in videos!
Wait I've been following him for a while but i noticed that only after this comment lmao....
Same
I wish he'd go back to no movement
@@Lowtan same, I find his animated mouth a bit distracting.
Yes it's distracting lol. It's kinda funny too.

Good job bro. Discipline over motivation tho🖤
Remember, you don't have to thrash yourself. Moderate intensity or easy / moderate is fine.
Does your blood pressure elevates? While having panic attacks?
Question, do you work out every day?
How are things going?
Its true every form of fitness improves the mental health significantly and definetly is a huge pillar of keeping you clearminded

Hey I just noticed how much your animation has improved since I started following a few years back. Kudos!

I really miss having a gym nearby with a decent steam room. Perfect for after a decent gym session or swim.

Diminished returns for sure. But maintenance is just as important. Thank you for posting!
Jeff why that moving mouth animation?
Are morning workouts better for mental health?
humans need physical struggle to scratch that primal hunting/gathering itch that the industrial revolution left behind
Thanks for the info.

happy 2024 picture fit, hope your channel hit's the next goal you have planned
But HOW do you exercise with depression if you're constantly tired and even 5min feels agonizing?
When you have depression there are good moments, at least a few. Try to introduce exercise to your life at those moments.
That's abother reason to change the routine every 12 weeks / 3 months. For a non professional it's good because that keep the adherence high and keep the novelty and motivation for new things
It doesn't matter what type of exercise you do, it only matters how intense, how long your workout is, and how many months or years you workout.
Swimming>running
ive been working out for 5years+ spend min 5days a week for 2 hours minimum for single session and still depressed :(
Workout isn't cure.
Who knows how depressed you would be if you haven't been working out.
My mental health is rapidly deteriorating
have you tried some exercise or other solutions?

I started going to gym 2 months back.
It helped a bit
Got some newbie gains
But gym impact on mental health is temporary, I can confirm.

I will try to be alive as much as I can.
If it helps, I’d be willing to workout with you.
same. And no exercise doesn't help as my weight makes all exercise harder and i have really pain-prone ankles
damn dude, if you want to talk abt it im here, just note it that im way younger than you but i still understand you very deeply@@namanthacker
Can you make a video about should you stop taking creatine?

After following this channel for YEARS I'm not sure if I'm a fan of the moving mouth.... Maybe something we have to get used to?
Great video thanks bro :)
Bro can u give me some dumbbell equipment 😢 please
Get a job
Go the gym, you aint got money, get a job
Start with calisthenics. Get strong with your own body first 💪🏽
opinino accepted@@ZYZZ_WHEY
Try calisthenics! Keep at it long enough and you can do some pretty fun tricks, like handstands or muscle ups.
this is an anecdotal study

Im looking at it as a fan, I dont like the mouth animations. I prefer the still images emotions.
Squat till failure
Gonna take me a while to get used to the animation 😂
His mouth is more moving than me
I use podcasts . Keeps my mind active during repetitive tasks
before watching the video, if it's not bicep curls I'm out
I still can't get over the fact that his mouth is moving
Why you didn't mentioned meditation as exercise for the mind
It really is a exercise for the mind by focusing breathe longer periods
I ❤️ weights also
😍
You don’t understand. The gym is a drug. The happiness experienced in the beginning was people getting high.
I'm going to marry weights one day
legs 🫣 i love legday 🤤

Hey Picturefit! Don't move your mouth please
WHY IS THE MOUTH MOVING 🤐
Short and informative, awesome!
Love the mouth moving!
hey I love the effort with the mouth and your style is overall better... But slow it down... Less movement often goes a longer way

Everyone commenting about mouth movement and mme not even noticing 😅
The best exercise to improve your mental health is heavy squats. You are literally fighting your inner demons in the concentric phase
Ask Jesus to guide you , He loves you deeply you are His remarkebly made creation
