I have the Vxe R1 Pro Max for 2 days now. I instantly adapted to it. Very Great for Small Hands. Simple but Clean Design bought it for $37 Color White Variant.
Just to add, i've been using the R1 Pro Max for about 10 months now, the clickers the sensor is very good. The build quality and how it feels is so good. But the thing on my unit is the scroll wheel died on me, this is the first gaming mouse of mine that the scroll wheel died before the clickers went double click. For FPS gamers just keep that in mind especially if you use the scroll wheel for jumping. All in all a great value but left me disappointed. My Fantech Aria had became my backup because of this purchase
I switched out the switches to brown silent ones and did some weight loss removals and some dot skates. Almost a year now of heavy daily use and it's still in perfect shape. scroll wheels on Ali are like $1 and very very rudimentary soldering skill needed to replace it. I have one ready to install once stock one craps out.
Their other stuff like their keyboards from VXE/ATK/VGN and Fierce Gaming Gear/Raven/Titan Company/Madlions (all the same company) are outstanding as well. I have a the R1 Pro, Mad R+, ATK68 and Mad 68 R. All really solid as QC goes and basically TOTL or near flagship levels of performance for a fraction of the price of more well known brands. Their Mad60 and Mad68 HE keyboards especially insane from $25. Which are basically Wooting clones with actual decent switches and 8K polling.
I went with the kysona aztec after watching your video reviewing it because it was only $32 on amazon and I told myself that my next mouse will likely be the VXE R1 in purple because it's a very pretty color. However, with all of these new "bleeding edge" mice coming out, I'm holding out for something that has fun colors, is properly hot swappable, and has good QC and support. The incott g3 _almost_ checked those boxes, but I saw a reddot post about how their g23 had problems and the company has basically been dodging him and won't assist him at all, so that's a deal breaker. Nah, nothing really noticeable. They’ll still poll at 1000hz which will translate to about 12ms latency. So faster than anyone can really interpret. Less expensive versions also have no coating and different switches, but the switches are from brands I trust. I think the cheaper models are a safe buy

omg i commented on a video that what one should i buy shark attack x3 or kysona so now finally what one should i buy shark attack x3, kysona or the dragonfly vxe r1
I think the r1 is better because it’s more reliable with the webUI. I don’t think an average user will notice any differences between any of them though
@@king_eli_btw5376 if you have one they’re completely fine. Like it’s a good mouse, logi just charges a lot. No need to swap unless it’s broken or something
The short answer - Yes. But you’d only start to notice impacts around 4k-8k polling. For frame of reference, my PC has a AMD 5900x and a RTX 4080. At 8k polling I was getting consistent frame drops in Overwatch 2 at medium graphics.
@@TheRageAcademyI'm using an 11th-gen Intel Core i5-1135G7 2.40 GHz, and I'm planning to buy a 2 kHz mouse for Valorant. Am I going to get an FPS decrease? I'm having second thoughts.
@@taxirly9147 this is why I chose the normal r1, I cherish my fps and don’t care enough for the little difference and I don’t need the coating that the pro versions have it comes with grips anyways. The normal r1 also comes with 2k so if I ever did want to try something a bit higher I could get the dongle and try out 2k, still besides the point I don’t think I would notice the difference anyways.
You’re probably the most reasonable person who’s ever left a comment. I get hate from some folks who think they can tell the difference between 4k and 8k
so im looking for a mice under $50 during black friday but im so unsure on what to buy, i essentially only use it for gaming and want it to be wireless and being able to be recharged using a wire in case it dies mid game any ideas?
@@TheRageAcademy fortnite and 3rd person shooter really im just really unsure as i see all these guide saying random terms that i dont know any meaning of it
@ the condensed version of that is, as long as it’s 1000hz, you’re absolutely fine. The long explanation is, your mouse will report its coordinates to your PC multiple times per second. The number of reports per second is frequency, measured in hertz (hz). So 1,000hz = 1,000 reports to your pc every single second. 4,000hz = 4,000 reports per second. The more polling reports we have, generally the less latency the mouse will have from input to output on the screen. Now, this is where it can get a bit tricky. Our lizard brains will see bigger number and immediately think bigger number = bigger better but that’s not always the case. The two main drawbacks to higher polling rates are that it will drain your battery much quicker and it will require more CPU from your PC to process this data. With all that being said, 99.9% of people will not notice a difference between 8,000hz polling and 1,000hz polling because our brains just can’t process info that quickly. 1,000hz for most mice will come out to about 9-12 milliseconds latency. So about 1/100th of a second
You just plug it into your PC with the included usb c cable and it will charge while you use it. You can then unplug the mouse when it’s charged and use the wireless dongle
I'd just buy it on their website. I don't think it's on amazon anymore unfortunately. I personally like the Pro Max, but mostly due to the increased battery life
is the attack shark X3 Pro really worse???i wanna buy one of them the switches and every button sounds way more quality to me on the attack shark X3 Pro than theese
@@pointisme yeah I see, but from your initial comment you asked the difference between vxe dragonfly and vgn dragonfly the full name of the mouse is VGN VXE dragonfly r1. So there is absolutely no difference between vxe and vgn dragonfly they both own it. It's like TH-cam and Google, google owns TH-cam. Dragonfly r1 is both a vgn mouse and a vxe mouse. If you're asking the difference between r1 and f1 then shape wise r1 is like pulsar x2v2 and f1 is like gpx
@IgnorantTyrant main differences are shell costing, battery, switches, and the 3395 se sensor vs 3395. They’ll all do 1k and they all have a web based option. Some tiers will have access to different colors too. All personal preference is what it comes down to. 99.9% of people wouldn’t be able to tell the small sensor change

It works perfectly find. All comes down to battery preference, switch preference and if you want a coating or not
omg i commented on a video that what one should i buy shark attack x3 or kysona so now finally what one should i buy shark attack x3, kysona or the dragonfly vxe r1
I think the r1 is better because it’s more reliable with the webUI. I don’t think an average user will notice any differences between any of them though
Do you think the g pro superlight 2 is great or no? Bc I got mine today so but if any tips can you tell me?
I think it’s a solid mouse but too expensive for my taste. I personally set mine at 1000/2000hz polling and dpi between 800-1600
should i got the normal r1 or the pro, btw im not that competitive (just using for valorant)
i would get the pro cus it comes with extra skates, grip tape and better coating
Depends on budget. There’s no coating on the normal, 250mah battery. Other than that they’re pretty much identical
@@TheRageAcademy is the coating grippy? cause my hand sweat when i play games
would you recommend this over the Kysona M600 or shark attack? is it significantly better for its price.
@@Sky-qd2jm for the webUI and reliability, yes
@@TheRageAcademy Reliability is better on the VXE? Kysona makes ajazz, delux, and attack shark, right?
I have a g pro wireless and wanted to know if its still good or should i find something new
@@king_eli_btw5376 if you have one they’re completely fine. Like it’s a good mouse, logi just charges a lot. No need to swap unless it’s broken or something
@@TheRageAcademywhat about swapping a d- wired for this?
whats difrences with attack shark x3 pro?
The big ones are shape and software. The webUI makes it worth it in my opinion. Same sensor though.
does mouse polling rate affects your fps?
I think you should be fine. Worst case scenario you can always just lower the polling to 1000hz. There’s minimal gains anyway
so im looking for a mice under $50 during black friday but im so unsure on what to buy, i essentially only use it for gaming and want it to be wireless and being able to be recharged using a wire in case it dies mid game any ideas?
Most would probably suite your needs as long as it’s a modern sensor and 1000hz polling. What type of games are you playing?
@@TheRageAcademy fortnite and 3rd person shooter really im just really unsure as i see all these guide saying random terms that i dont know any meaning of it
@ what do you need help understanding buddy? I’ll do my best to explain and teach you 😊
My two cents are shape will always win over everything else
@@TheRageAcademypolling rate I've never heard of it dunno if I should need that high or low
So about 1/100th of a second
stupid question but can you charge this mouse or do you have to use batteries?
You just plug it into your PC with the included usb c cable and it will charge while you use it. You can then unplug the mouse when it’s charged and use the wireless dongle
Does it have adjustable debounce time.
it does between 1- 16 or seomething i forgot
@disisnaru thanks
Yeah, they just don’t call it denounce in the software. It’s there though
Is the latency of the normal r1 very identical to the r1pro? R1 is very available in my area so im thinking about it.
Which on should you recommend me to buy the pro or the pro max or the normal one and where do you buy it for cheap
The x3 is good but I find there software to be really bad. That’s where the r1 really beats it
whats the difference between the vxe dragonfly and vgn's dragonfly?
Mostly just shape. VGN’s has the hump slightly more forward on the mouse if memory serves right
VXE and VGN are the same company.
The difference is between the R1 series and the F1 series.
@@granathd yeah i know i was asking about the spec differences between the 2 mouses
So what are the main differences with the 20 and the 50 dollar one? Do I still get the web software? Is it still 1k polling rate?
@IgnorantTyrant main differences are shell costing, battery, switches, and the 3395 se sensor vs 3395. They’ll all do 1k and they all have a web based option. Some tiers will have access to different colors too.
All personal preference is what it comes down to. 99.9% of people wouldn’t be able to tell the small sensor change
@ damn, if I wanna play a bit more professionally is there a big difference? Which one should I get? Love the reviews btw

didn't finalmouse do the web ui for their mice before wooting did it for their keyboards?
I'm not sure. I wouldn't be surprised though. They're always innovating
should i get the vxe r1 pro or the pro max?
I will sub i very much enjoyed this video ❤
