Great content, this video is full of insights and surprisingly packed with valuable information. As a graphic designer, I thank you very much for the time and effort that went into this video! Keep it up Sir! My question is: How much influence does the product or service being offered by the brand have on how the tone of voice is developed/established?
Glad you enjoyed it! It's more about creating that human-like connection, so of course you start with the product or service and then you focus on your target audience in order to develop a personality that they would be attracted to. For example: Harley is about macho, freedom-seeking individuals so their products look tough and so is their personality and voice.
Interesting great content, thank you so much for your time and effort I work as a graphic designer, and I want to create a personal brand that aims to create creative solutions for people in order to facilitate their lives. I want to consult you about the tone of voice. As a graphic designer, my mission is to facilitate people's lives and find solutions to their problems. My question is: in terms of vocal tone, should I be formal and professional?? Thanks in advance 🙏🙏
How would you relate to a family scenario being a pharmacy? In terms of copy which kind of approach its better? Need to be serious but at the same time avoid to be boring
My comment this out of topic if video but I am looking for method to make research before designing pls to make video about it also if you know someone video can I check it now because very urgent

Your voice would probably be more caring, helpful and epathetic. Your personality is caregiver.
are brand voice and tone of voice the same?
Yes

Why aren't you showing the examples longer? Is it a copyright thing?
Dude if you could just stop for a moment on each damn picture so people could actually read an example of what you say!
So helpful. Thank you! 🎉
