These videos are life changing and I am eternally grateful for the light and love that shines so brightly through these talks. Many thanks to you. 🙏💞☺️
I love the way that you tell your story about the guy who hit you, your human struggle, your transition into forgiveness and acceptance of him and love put forth towards him etc. told in a way that will help so many relate to the message you are trying to convey...with such honesty equanimity, equality and love...you have a gift of being able to relate with the masses regardless of a given persons spiritual study, by bringing forth a message on a grand scale without it being as obvious as some other spiritual teachers who "force feed" info. Its so honest that it is obvious that you dont intentionally finesse the talk, which is the thing that is so beautiful about your sharing. I believe you have a gift of being able to share profound insights so that even one who has not studied could still on some level get it and FEEL INTO what your teaching. I recognize this from many of your videos and I believe that this is what sets you apart from so many. You are authentic, heartfelt and honest and you dont pretend to be in any other place than right where you are which is grand and is exactly where you are meant to be...just like wherever whomever is reading this is meant to be. The golden nugget, on the deeper level...so beautiful Dada...thank you for your honesty, service and your dedication to ALL...I LOVE you...The Universe loves you!
Every word you utter is golden. “The suffering that you cause to the world will come back to you... and not only that, but...” and so much more. I can watch again, and again, and again.
Thank you, I enjoyed these shares and understand that forgiveness is a practice I need more in my life to let go of painful and hateful thoughts and feelings towards people in the past. I also think it's important to note for some people it's hard to have good health on a vegetarian diet and thus eating a small amount of animal protein here and there is actually also ahimsa, as ahimsa also includes not doing harm to oneself, this is something of course that a person needs to come to peace with in their hearts. Making close connections with your farmers of meat or vegetables is important to support community and know the practices of the farm. ❤
This story alone put a seed in my heart that has blossomed after many many months, to such an extent that sometimes I feel that love will burst from every pore of my body.. Love is the easiest choice and when you choose love, you are being kind to yourself. Thank you Dada. Gratitude. A million Namaskarams.
I am facing a situation that causes me extremely pain for so many years, with no solution. I absolutely avoid any relation with my narcissist sister. But from time to time there is an unpleasant confrontation because my mother is in the middle. I am the one who takes care of my old mother, not easy task that I do sincerely and responsibly. My sister is a guest. Sharp minded and mean. My mother wants no responsibility and accepts things as they are. I feel that rage and anger in my stomach Chakra, And also pain in my heart chakra, And throat chakra getting like strangled. The best I have reached is to accept the fact that she is there like a parasite. But i would love to heal myself from that pain.
The example of ahimsa in practice in this video is very practical (the military man who hit the master). I have had many such experiences in my daily life. Although I had said to myself that I have forgiven the perpetrator, but in reality I had not and in my unconscious mind it repeated many time and I felt a lot of anger. But in this video there has shown a practical and humanistic way to deal with such problem and forgive the offender in heart totally. This is ahimsa. Thank you very much.
Very important! When i try to introduce friends to Ahimsa they always say they don't want to become "goody goody". The distinction ist hard at first glance.
Wow this principle will be a challenge for me as I often suffer with feelings of resentment, anger and pain but I can aspire to elevate. I laughed when you said don't be a goodie goodie. Thank you for your teachings. And the scenery seems so serene.
Dada, thank you for this lecture.. I often remember your story when I am struggling in maintaining ahimsa or trying to be good. I have often swayed in the area of goody-goody because of my family being often aggressive and I suppose that seeing that negative trait I try to keep that part of myself away from others. My anger towards my family is somewhat justified in the sense that my mother is very controlling and I just don't know what to do sometimes as there is tons of stress on myself to conform.. even though my self is something that doesn't want to conform to ideals that are inherently against the world. Dada I will continue to act without fear and try to be there for the times where meetings with my family can go awry, you have showed me that compassion even in times of stress can still be showing.
Dada thank you so much! it's such a joy watching and listening to you. Your videos are full of wise, clear and very practical lessons. I look forward to watching your videos every day. All love and gratitude from the Philippines. Namaskar 😊
minute 6:01 the fear is the collaboration in co creation towards it, without the fear, you cannot/do not co create the negative outcome. (I had a realisation of this principle some time back --- not claiming to have mastered it in practice but i did grasp the understanding of it).
Hola Dada, I write you the other day about fear and now I'm receiving the "little" guidance that I needed. Now this principle makes me think about ourselves as individuals, because most of the time the battle is within ourselves. And I think: how can I know how to not harm anyone if I don't know how to love myself? So, I'm learning to do so, that's why meditation for me is also a way to love me and care for me :) (And I left the garlic definitely, it makes me feel terrible) Thank you!
What a great topic Dada.I really enjoyed the story about yourself feeling compassion for that drunk man, and the story where your Dada stood up to that big guy in the Subway. I think all of your videos are great, thank you.

Thank you very much for these explanations of Ahimsa Dada! I've watched several videos of the channel because I'm studying to be a yoggi and yoga instructor. Anyways, I want to thank you very much because I myself have been in situations of psychic agression, and to this day I'm struggling with forgiving, I still feel anger and remorse, but I'm also trying to bring compassion into my thinking and feeling. Thanks for giving me insight on how ahimsa can help me deal with the agressions we keep at heart. I will surely share this video! Namaskar -Gotamii, Brazil
Great talk, it makes so much sense now..as a living truth...also I feel so much from your personal story...and what a great turn it took...feel very inspired to work with this Ahimsa...and to learn from it...and apply it and hope to understand it next chance I have...also greateful to life for bringing all this gifts of learning about truth, God is very wise...I feel that you speak from that truth so Im very grateful for this video and all the love it brings...feel lighter than air watching your videos...many thanks and much love...Namaskar

Dada, I'm so grateful to have found your videos. Your message always touches my heart and helps to keep me on the right path. Thank you for your thoughtful and wise messages. You truly inspire peace in the world.
Every time I watch one of your videos I learn so much and if I watch it a second time I keep learning new things. Do you have a video about the EGO and Intellect?
Thank you for this talk dada 🙏🏽 Can you please give us some tips on how to live with family members who operate from the Svadhishtan chakra - who have support from the entire family to target a particular person in the family and bully them incessantly? I do have compassion for them and I really hope they see the light but it is hard to live with them and keep the mind, body and spirit free from negativity. Is there any good strategy for that? Thank you in advance 🙂

Wouldn't you recommend that at least on the physical plane, we should combine the arts of physical-, mental strenght with the spiritual power? It could help to compremise, some of the struggles we experience on our journey here?
in the final analysis there is alignment with reality/the totality, and not. Evil in all it's forms technically falls into the category of ignorance or mis-alignment.

Hello Dada, can you tell me the name of three categories of creatures in Sanskrit, I listen but I could not recognize what is the right pronunciation, I would like to know where is the reference of them, is it Vedic or non Vedic? Thank you for good vibes 🙏🌺🌞
Namaskar dada. Please answer this question of mine. I have turned vegetarian recently but still 1 doubt always troubles me. When one eats chicken he kills only 1 life but when one eats leafy vegetables or sprouts one kills so many lives( although of lower consciousness) but then aren't they committing more sin by harming so many living organisms? Dada please answer as I have been looking for answer to this question since a long time and I feel that you are the one who can give me satisfactory ans
🙏 Namaskar, the difference is that the animals have higher consciousness, they can feel. The Spiritual Aspirant should try to lessen the pain while living. BnK 🌅🧘🌄
First of all, try to understand there are 3 types of food, you might be knowing these- Tamsik, Rajasik, Satvik. Tamsik- Covers meat, alcohol, other products, onion-garlic, mashroom. Satvik- Milk products (except the milk when the cow has recently given birth) and all vegetarian food other than onion garlic and mushrooms. * Tamsik food is not good for body and mind in general, although you might see some physical things like good muscle but in the end, when the meat or tamsik food gets processed in body, it harms mind, it disturbs it and results in bad out come, as a spiritual aspirant, it would harm your mind more. And not to forget you have taken someone's life for it. It also results in other health issues as not everybody's can accept it. But when you take plant food, it is less agressive and whatever the out come it gives..after process it develop mind. You should try to take food which causes less harm and improves you mentally.
The plants give out less aggression as compared to living. It helps in elevating the mind. Although your logic about killing is right because, you shouldn't be killing animal and eat..especially the female ones because once the female breed is killed, there is a chance of extinction because only females can give birth and not male.

Namaskar Mona, that is correct, but they can also spread deadly disease like malaria, so in that respect, they can be considered an enemy.
