Very inspiring . It is very simple, but it is hard to put it into practice . Basics are much more important than techniques . I see.....Thanks a lot ....))
wow Dada...you are so wise. I have learn so much from you. You are an inspiration for all. I come a family of buddhist believers. both believes are similar? I have a question that has been causing me to make bad decisions. I come from a loving family, we are upper middle class, I am blessed with everything a man can want. I am missing nothing, I am given everything. But once in a while I would start thinking negative and that one thought of anger festers within me and I end up doing 1 bad action and that causes all my hard work to up to that point of maintining a happy life become nothing. This pattern repeats inself constantly. My question is... How to I stop the once-in-a-while negative thought that has the potential of destroying everything I love. Thank you Dada for taking your time to read my post.
Namaskar, did you watch the video about Shaoca? In that video explains how we can purify our consciousness by the practice of meditation. If you really want to improve yourself, I strongly recommend that you go to our website and register for the basic course. The beauty of this practice, is that it's a scientifically proven practice to improve our physical and mental health. meditationsteps.org/
🙏 Namaskar, I Practiced the Same Spiritual Practices that Dada is Talking about, at my own level though. Spiritual Practice is the Ultimate Medicine for any Problem in Life. I Suggest: start on a Proper Spiritual Journey. BnK 🌅🧘🌄
My Brother, is here any chance I could write to you by letter or email you as to tell you my story. There are some wounds within me and nobody to tell about it.
For those who would like a book explaining in details the same points (for yourselves or to share with others), you can get the book 'Yogic Ethics for a Balanced Mind: Yama Niyama' from almost all online bookstores around the world :) Here is the link for Amazon US: www.amazon.com/Yogic-Ethics-Balanced-Mind-Niyama/dp/0473487543/ref=sr_1_5?keywords=yama+niyama&qid=1567459719&s=gateway&sr=8-5
Dada, tell us please how long we need to grow our hair? Is there a difference in meditation with loose hair and hair tired in a bun? Thank you for your answer))
Dada, could you please recommend someone in finland/Helsinki,Vantaa. I showed your lessons to my friend. He wants to find a group to study raja yoga. Thank you!
see, that is where you are missing the point. dividing. benevolence vs malevolance. the universe doesn't operate in those terms. and why? because they are relative. they are part of duality. what is beneficial for the predator is not so great for the prey. and visa versa. and if you build on a wrong premise, everything you build is basically wrong. plus Satya has not much to do with the heart (maybe only as a checking point) and it has everything to do with Vishudhi Chakra. benevolence is not the spirit of Satya. no. the spirit of Satya is Authenticity and Integrity. you missed the point of quite some Yamas and Niyamas my friend, but with Satya, you missed a big time.
Benevolence is what leads to the refinement of the mind, harm is what leads to roughness. There’s no duality in the Universe, but our choice is where to go. Up or down. That’s the difference between animals and people.
satya has nothing much to do with the heart and everything to do with vishudhi. nothing much means, satya can not go against the heart but where it goes is beyond the heart. i'm sorry, but to much of blablabla, and not much to the point. i get to the point. for you. clean (purify) your inputs first. clean up your cittas (perceptions, emotions, thoughts). second step: work on your vishudhi. by asanas, pranayama, and most of all your voice. 3rd step: watch your body, your emotions, your actions, your speech, your thoughts. in relation to Satya, which basically means "I am the truth". you can use different tools as well, sat nam kria, you can use mudras, lions breath ( pranayam), affirmations etc. , but the basic sadhana is this: purify your inputs, guide your outputs, work on Vishudhi. Satya sadhana starts with perceiving the world just the way it is. without judgment, without distortions through all the senses, later with emphasis on hearing. then you can proceed with expressing yourself, at first with all expressions, later with a focus on your voice and your words. again first purifying your expressions and then expressing yourself from the place of power. Not Manipura - worldly power, Vishudhi - spiritual power. yogis of late started from this point, and that was a disaster. if you don't master at least to some degree Ahimsa, don't even think of Satya.
🙏 Namaskar, how to Attain Bliss Now? One must have Devotion. Devotion is a matter of a Formula: Action minus Knowledge = Devotion. We see a Farmer having more Devotion and Bliss/ Blessings than an Intellectual , why ? Because He/She had more Devotion. For example: the Farmer had 15 Knowledge points, and 25 Action points - His total is +10 Devotional Points. Now, if an Intellectual had 150 Knowledge points, and 50 Action points - His Devotional Points is -100. Even though the Intellectual got more points on both Knowledge and Action, His Devotional Points was lower than the Farmer. The Farmer will enjoy more Bliss and Grace from the Supreme Entity. That is why it is Advised that Spiritual Aspirants follow the Path of Devotion. BnK 🌅🧘🌄
@@Harideva-HungLuu I wish 100 points for you whatever these points might mean for you. Devotion is a wonderful path of Yoga. it is called Bhagti Yoga and if this is a path for you, great. it is a path of surrender and in fact in the end every seeker needs to surrender, no matter the path. so in the end everybody needs to become a Bhagti Yogi. before that final step happens though it is fully up to your individual preference and your individual predisposition, or if we are a bit more specific about your karmic memory. there are 4 major paths of yoga. different ways, different paths leading to the same summit. I wish you choose the right one for you.

yeah, maybe that is why the natural predators are so benevolent of whom they eat. no hard feelings, but I'm hungry, so... very very sorry.
