    I have a lot of fear right now.....and I have found this video ,and been watching it again and again...It helps a lot ! Your presence itself has some kind of power....maybe a power of love....When we got weak in mind and in body ,we need somebody like you....Thank you ,Dada, thank you...Without knowing me ,you are helping me....))

    I am vegan and I wish my fellow vegans would speak more about the psychic/mental effects of a meat free diet, as you lay out here, rather than shaming people for eating the diet they were raised on. Such great points.

    please record that video about impost and inborn!!!!!!!!!!!!!! it is so helpful! I have been having horrible fears since I was a child. For example tomorrow I need to make a presentation at my university and I have such a panic attack!!! I can't sleep, eat, I have stomach ache...it is such a horrible feeling to have fear...this video is like a magic просто как послание от Бога! Правда, я проснулась и мне так страшно, все болит (а причина пустяковая! просто очень боюсь стоять в центре а все будут смотреть на меня..да еще и по-немецки это все...) и тут это видео! я пыталась себя сама успокоить но все впустую, и тут ДАДА с такой темой! СПАСИБО! Страх-это моя самая большая проблема в жизни. Надеюсь я его поборю.

    My mind is so scattered now rhat everytime i tried to listen to videos about yoga, i fall asleep in less than a minute. Like people who do yoga speak so slow...
    I did yoga before including meditating, diet, stretching, but stop bc i got bored and felt all good 😁 ... now i find it hard to regain that habit again

Are you specifically trying to reach an English speaking audience and for what reason? Were shrii shrii anandamurti's texts in English? I only speak English, so these videos have been a real treasure and inspiration to me. I like your attitude and personality. Thanks again.

    I like your explanation of how to deal with fear, and I understand perfectly well when you explained the last bit of what you nearly forgot, the music and the dance of ...(words I didn’t hear properly) which includes the raising of both hands, etc. My difficulty with yoga has been the language. Oh how I wish they can be explained/translated so that some of us know exactly what they mean! I just watched the bio psychology of yoga and I’m totally in love with it! Are translations possible, please?

    Мой страх больше всего подходит под 3 категорию. Я все время обеспокоена. Мне страшно, что что-то пойдет не так. Вообще я боюсь быть в центре внимания, когда надо что-то презентировать (особенна не на родном языке) может это и нормально, но у меня это доходит до паранои, начинает болеть живот и я очень сильно боюсь...ужасно чувство. Еще я боюсь за близких очень сильно. мне нужно над собой много работать

      It has to go step by step. First, practice Baba Nam Kevalam meditation, there is a technique on this channel. Score 100 hours of practice, then receive a personal 1st lesson of meditation, then 2nd. The 3rd and 5th are advanced chakra meditations. If you are serious with a practice, i can try to find a teacher for you in your locality.

I'm really serious about it, and I'll start counting my Baba nam kevalam meditation hours from now on 😊 I watched all of your videos several times and still find something new to learn.
