How on earth is corruption in SA is going to brought under control with very people who are supposed to be protecting its citizens are themselves are comprised like the police, NPA and justice departments. This what happens when incompetent corrupt ANC Cadres are put in these positions.

SAPS Academy Philippi is one of the better training facilities and the conditions are bad, they should visit the other colleges like Hammanskraal which has no safe drinking water on the facility for years, thats where detectives are trained. The credentials of trainers need to be vetted too, most of the trainers lack actual policiing experience, the just possess a teaching qualification and just read out of a training manual which is a copy of a Canadian policing program.

The people should take goverment of Twane to court on their failure to function and maintain service. That the need to sort their lack of within by management positions all taking a cut in their salary and only when they can prove performance can the salaries be adjusted incrementally in terms of the service getting better.

Its down to senior management and reporting and whether those they are reporting to are competent in understanding and reading the reports and then the whether the thos very reports are even looked at instead of all gathering and meeting for lunches and meetings and dinners at the expense of the taxpayer and the actual work is not being done. Smacks through a number of departments. When ministers are falling asleep in parliment or 8n the meetings the bother to be in should be fired. This is not a party. Senior Management should function on business and not what they can get out of being where they are.

Why aren't the incompetent and likely corrupt authorities in charge of running an important facility and indeed, vital resource for fighting crime, being a) held VISIBLY accountable (ie disciplined or better yet, FIRED) and b) named and shamed? For that matter, the people who should have been monitoring this shoddy behaviour all along (30 years?!) who ALSO failed in their duties to their posts and to US, need to be included here. The more public we can get around the actual PEOPLE behind this level of disgusting service (to the COUNTRY no less) the better it'll be to keep future incumbents on their toes! I think we need to start insisting on this en masse. That's just the first story. The same applies to the second one. In fact, it applies to the ENTIRE disgusting list of failures and deteriorated situations that are rife across the board.

How look to the amazing resources given to the wardens - drones - uniforms - cars - CCTV - and you wondering where the money for REAL police went? I’m not sure if guns also were supplied? SOME people were BRIBED to take senior roles and not make a noise - GAUTENG PROVINCE is a classical example. The laughing stock of the world - what kind of bottom feeders run a country based on not, just upsetting a religious group and a minority of citizens, but a world wide cohort - fighting to maintain freedom from fear, a better future for all citizens, not just the oligarchy, where the possibility of owning a piece of ground is a reality. Solidarity means an equal share of whatever they decide is good for the people. You own NOTHING and if the corrupt few (many) at the top decide you must go somewhere else - you have to - no courts - just leave - because a friend likes it - and the president is the boss. Well now let’s see how fast the black list comes up!
