In this first Episode Lets travel from Dar es Salaam to Bagamoyo 67km north of Dar es Salaam Tanzania and explore one of the oldest towns in Africa.
Bagamoyo city is an old settlement and was once one of the most important trading ports on the East African coast. Trade goods were first fish, salt and rubber and in the first half of the 19th century for ivory and the slaves. The Kaole ruins nearby are the remains of two mosques and 30 graves from the 13th century

I went there 2 weeks ago on my way returning to the United States. I went to Bagamoyo. Very beautiful sleepy town. Very historical town. I saw the ruined of Shirazi People from Iran. Tanzania is a very beautiful country
