Wow thank you for that incredibly used compliment. I was the producer and played and arranged all the music for this 1980s track. I had no idea it would make that kind of impact
Thank you for this - seriously that siren was a stroke of genius. HOW many times have I experienced a copy of the siren moment at Coachella over the years. You started it. 😁 I’m about to get up and start work at 6am I’m so fired up now. Same effect it had as when I was a little girl! A year on in quarantine, nothing else to do but dance my ass off at home. heh
In the late 80s I was a doorman at a dance club in north Austin, Arboretum ares, called Tangerines. When this song came up, the place always went nuts. Good times and thanks for posting.
~ Thank you for the fine music of the 12" single version. From Dallas to New Orleans and points further east and beyond, this was/is a hit ~ Cheers, DAVEDJ ~
SUMMER 1985, Club Fizz, Houston, Texas. MDMA, Ecstasy, was legal until September 1st of that year. It was grade A pharmaceutical Ecstasy. For $15 you would get a tablet and a Crown and Seven. This song would start, fog would cover the dance floor and we would lose our flippin minds, lol.
Thanks for sharing. You did a great job uploading a good copy. I remember dancing to this at Village Station back in the 90’s. I had so much fun back then.
This song is so awesome 😎 I used to dance to this back in the late 80’s @ a gay club called Stars in Denver. Great song 🎧 it’s too bad it’s not on iTunes.
My number 1 favorite dance song from my college days at Clemson!!! Wish I could find a digital copy of it on Spotify or the like! Scott Yahney, it might a re-release opportunity!!!
Nothing beats the music of the 80’s!
One of the greatest intros in music history!
