I wanted an EMAX sampling keyboard so badly after I heard this song back in 1987, because I wanted a way to play a song like this where there are so many synth parts going at once, and it has the lead line that goes "la-la-la-la-la." The EMAX has multi-track sequencing as well as the ability to sample a vocal and pitch-shift it over the range of the keyboard to sound like this song.

I go to freestyle shows here and there- The crowds are awesome, people ( all different cultures and ethnicities) dancing, singing and hanging out together- ) never saw any problems- The music and performances are truly incredible-
The south Bronx days, my golden era.
I grew up in Queens N.Y. LEFRAK CITY and CORONA. I remember going to Roseland, the Tunnel and 10:18 on Friday and Saturday night's. Freestyle was booming and getting into a club was like the coolest thing ever. Dancing all night, picking up females and hanging out afterwards. Great days back in the late 80's and early 90's. Us BORICUAS were killing it. Some of the best days of my life. Time fly's, enjoy it.
