Bro! I did this on my lexus today and it worked!! I live in NC and got hit with the aftermath of ian and no leaks man im so happy I did my door seal thats on the door and unclogged my sunroof drains both which didnt work:( I read doing the inner seal of the door is a pain so I did what you did with some exhaust silicone i had lying around and no more dripping from my driver door!! Thank you!!
Got a car i shipped from NY to Flo, 2000 GS300 and when it rains water is coming in on inner windshield pillar, cant find that inner seal and when i did very expensive,
hey mate did this fix your problem in the end. Having the same issue with my r34 but I was thinking it was a rubber seal that ran on the roof just above where your siliconing maybe.
Brad i need your help i have mitsubishi lancer 2004 its rainy season in california and i notice the driver side and the rear of driverside ia soak wet the carpet. I tried to put a tarp on fhe roof but still having issues. Not sure where the leak is coming from. I also ck the rubber on the doors seems dry not wet. Any suggestions? Salamat bro!!
@@lethalchaos19 bro you wanna find the leak then remove anything on the part that is wet like carpet ..interior trim ..then hose down ur car roof with water i guarantee u the leak will show up

Not sure why you pores water in that Mike rubber. Probably gets under it, you showed you could pull back towards you. So perhaps a crack in the roof where it meats the sides

yes bro it works the customer are so happy especially here in vancouver it always rain problem solve by just putting siliconeon those rubber

remove or pull ur car carpet driver side then pour water on the roof .u need to take off a couple of plastic trim too

i did use a very cheap silicone use for households windows i just forgot the brand its only 7dollar in canadian tire and i bought the transparent one
